I wish I would have read that if I had extra stitching I couldn't return it. I would not have bought it. It's not going to work for what I wanted it for and now I'm almost stuck with it. It's a beautiful Lehenga though.
So gorgeous! it’s so flattering on my skin tone. it’s like rose gold brown color. absolutely stunning. good quality. great stitching. i should’ve ordered 38 instead of 36 for the blouse but plenty of space to open unstitch and make it a size bigger.
They stitched all my salwar kameez perfectly to the measurements and the models given. They did it quick and on time for my occasion. So very satisfied.

AWFUL Customer Service. DO NOT BUY. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. Item purchased was described as unstitched but for some reason came stitched. It’s too small and not even the same cut and design as advertised on the website - several photo evidence sent. On WhatsApp chat they agree to a full refund and even sent an email confirmation in that sense. Then a certain Vishal Mishra (if that is his real name) emails and says that they won’t refund. He mentions PayPal policies when I didn’t even pay via PayPal. This Company is a fraud! Generally speaking too, material and quality is very poor and cheap. Not value for money and more hassle than it is worth.

The blouse was badly stitched and it cut into my neck and was not like the one on the model as I had requested. Also my package did not contain the waist belt. The fall for the saree is also badly stitched. I wrote to the team but with no proper response. It’s very disappointing. I ordered this saree for a wedding I am attending in less than 3 weeks. I would rather return this package and get a refund because I am not able to wear it.
Very poor material quality. Even after lining, they still appear extremely transparent since they utilize extremely cheap polyester for the lining and the hands. Customer service professionals ways to strike a balance and narrowly avoid consumer complaints.
Very upset Delivery date listed was inaccurate I ordered a bridal jewelry set based on delivery date Ordered dec 19 with date of delivery 12/26 Called customer service on 12/23 reinforcing that I ordered because it said I will get it by dec 26 and as it is for my daughter who is a bride to wear on Dec 28 mehendi Delivery date was changed to dec 28 and I was assured I will get it It is Dec 27 and it has just been mailed and still in Mumbai Cannot trust the site or the customer service I am very disappinted

Failure to Deliver: Despite multiple promises and so-called escalations to your logistics team, my order has neither been delivered nor refunded. Your repeated excuses are insulting and reflect your lack of professionalism. 2. No Accountability: When asked for an exact delivery date, you have consistently provided vague, meaningless responses like "as soon as possible" instead of any tangible timeline. 3. Refund Denial: It is absurd that you refuse to process a refund despite the clear failure to deliver my order. Holding my money hostage while providing no service is tantamount to fraud. 4. Repeated Negligence: My patience has been tested far beyond reasonable limits. Your inability to manage logistics or provide a resolution makes it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. Your inefficiency has caused immense frustration, and your dismissive approach has only worsened the situation. Terrible customer service. They will answer the phone then talk to you like you are child. Very poor quality materials. Misleading with enhanced pictures. Return policy is poor. Delivery was late. The charged my rewards towards the purchase but when the item was returned, they did not reinstate my rewards stating their policy did not allow it. However, I sent them a copy of their own policy showing that they will reinstate the reward once the item is returned and they kept stating that it is not their policy. Overall, poor quality, bad customer service and late delivery. They sound like broken records when asking for reimbursement. Now I know why they don't have customer reviews on their webpage because they may not sell any product if the customer sees their reviews.
Hi I am sadly very unimpressed with my recent experience... I placed an order on the 4th November & to date , 14 dec have not received my order. I have been back & forth in emails with mirraw for the past 3 weeks & still have joy locating my parcel nor any feedback on a refund. I would hope that this review will now get mirraw to assist me in finally resolving my dilemma.
