The fabric and blouse are all good. I wish that the tailor would have listened to my request for much LESS pleating in skirt as it is too much fabric but I will adjust it here in the US.

the blouse has no sleeves. it is better to explain what the blouse will have and have different pattern displayed when selecting. so that people can select the style what they want. No choice was given. only customer design, but custom design was not displayed for me to select.

the blouse was stitched without the sleeves. i do not wear sleeveless blouse. the specification of the blouse not described on the website. now I have to go and hunt for the blouse piece. more details on the website would have helped for me to make my decision.

Amazing customer service- when I told them I need it for a function before x date they expedited the delivery and it came in time (2 weeks 2 days to stitch and ship). Amazing communication from staff and everyone was really helpful ! I’m a repeat customer from the uk and love this website !
