I recently made some purchases from Mirraw and would like to share my experience. Firstly, I am very pleased with the customer service. They expedited the delivery of my items when the shipment was delayed. I appreciate their prompt actions in contacting the shipment company, which ensured that my items were delivered to me as soon as possible. Secondly, I am very happy with the items received. They met my expectations and were exactly as shown on the website. I encountered a challenge with the shipping company, Aramex. When I requested them to expedite the delivery, they did not respond. There were no customer service contact details available on their website, and despite writing to them, I received no reply. As a result, I reached out to Mirraw's customer service for assistance. Another point worth mentioning is the custom tax, which is 10% of the total purchase amount. This was quite shocking to me. Additionally, while the prices indicated on the website seemed reasonable, they can doubled when converted to local currency, especially after factoring in currency exchange rates. Therefore, if you are purchasing Mirraw’s products from outside the US, please be mindful of these additional costs. The total cost I had to pay was more than expected. Despite these issues, I do not mind paying the extra costs as the products are of good quality, met my expectations, and the customer service was excellent. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase from Mirraw and would recommend their products, keeping in mind the points mentioned above.
