There is nothing wrong with the product, but Mirraw customer service was horrible. They somehow forgot the order and had to restart the order process because we were having them stitched. Then they cancelled half of our 6-suit order without asking if we still wanted these three. We were ordering for a dance group and Mirraw staff was aware through Whatsapp that we needed 6 suits. 3 suits are useless to us. Then they refused to accept a return on the three suits because we had them stitched to order. We had nothing for the performance we needed them for and the half order we received was a month late. We will never order from Mirraw again.

I am a regular Mirraw customer . I can very well say that the items I have ordered and purchased always matched with the advertised product. I have also ordered few custom stitched products and they were stitched to specifications. I am very satisfied with my latest purchase and will continue to shop with Mirraw for my family.
