They're sucks. Mirraw is a disgusting site. A bunch of idiots work here. First time I bought an expensive dress & i didn't like it. I failed to return it cause an idiot customer service employee told me after so many emails messages & information I can't return it cause they're expert says that it should be fit me. I must like it. Still if I wanna return it I must return it by my own cost which is more than half a price of my dress!!

Very poor customer service. I placed an order for 2 sarees for my teens. I paid $138 to buy a PRE-STITCHED saree. They send me both the sarees unstitched. when I raised a complaint, they offer me to refund the stitching charges of $10. Hello I would not have paid $138 for 2 sarees i do not need. Mirraw made a mistake of not fulfilling my order and now is making me pay the sarees , I do not want. They also offer me 10% of extra discount when I use Mirraw next time( they still think i will trust them 😂) All I wanted was send me my actual order and pick up the wrong order. I do not want any refund or extra discount. Just replace my order with a correct one or pickup the wrong order and refund me the whole purchase amount... I don't want to keep the sarees i will not be able to use. But Mirraw does not understand this simple customer service ... you made a mistake and want the customer to pay for it...I DO NOT RECOMMEND MIRRAW AT ALL

I wore this red velvet embroidered blouse, and it’s beautiful! The soft velvet feels nice, the embroidery looks elegant, and the fit is perfect for any traditional outfit.

In my 5 years experience with Mirraw, I had always get the perfect sizes and perfect materials I always selected. The delivery was few times late but as far as the product is best nothing else matters to me. Mirraw..you are amazing!

Mirraw sent me poor quality and incorrect size suit and sari. I sent pictures but I was told they sent products as per their website pictures. Well, my sari's blouse material is clearly sheer and I took a picture of my hand seen through the fabric. If it's the same fabric as the model's in their picture, then the model's bra/under garment should be visible. Customer service is horrible and the Mirraw clearly practices in dishonest business. Shame on you.

TOTAL DISASTER. LIERS I ordered a cluth for a wedding but BEFORE I contacted their customer service to ensure that the item would arrive on time to Spain 12 days later, after paying the clutch and being assured that it would arrive on time, the say that I had canceelled the order (1st lie). When asked they said the clutch was out of stok, that's the second lie And now I do not have the clutch nor the money (it takes 7-9 working days to arrive) DO NOT TRUST THEM

I had a terrible experience with Mirraw India. When I placed my order, the website clearly stated that the item was returnable within 7 days. But when I tried to return it, they flat-out refused and claimed the product was non-refundable—completely ignoring their own stated policy. On top of that, the quality of the material was extremely disappointing. The product I received looked nothing like the images on their website. It feels like a bait-and-switch: they lure you in with nice photos and then send you something totally different. This was a complete waste of money and time. I feel misled and scammed. I strongly urge others to avoid shopping here. Their return policy is not trustworthy, and the quality is unacceptable.
