My experience with Mirraw.com has been incredibly frustrating: I received the wrong product, and for over 9 days, they have failed to resolve the issue or communicate effectively. This wasn't a minor discrepancy like a slight color variation or a unique handcrafted touch, which I would understand. This was an entirely different item from what I ordered, and it was meant for a wedding I'm attending, which I now don't have the outfit for. I first contacted customer service on May 20th, clearly explaining the problem and providing a link to the correct item. I quickly received a response asking for an invoice photo, which I promptly sent. However, since then, communication has essentially stopped. I sent multiple follow-up emails, emphasizing the urgency because I needed the item for the wedding. I even tried calling their support number, but no one answered. On May 23rd, I finally received another email from Mirraw.com, apologizing and stating they had "escalated the issue to our vendor team," promising an update within "48 to 72 hours." I was hopeful then, but that timeframe has long passed. It's now May 29th, and I've received absolutely no further communication or resolution. I've been forced to purchase an alternative outfit elsewhere, which is both inconvenient and an unexpected expense. All I'm seeking now is a refund or a return label for the incorrect product they sent, but Mirraw.com has gone silent. This blatant disregard for a customer's time and money, especially when they've sent the wrong item, is simply unacceptable.

Please don’t buy from this website . Extremely poor quality. And once you email for refund or return no reply they will completely ignore you. You can complain about this business here ..National consumer helpline Gov.in. I will soon share email ID too to complain

I purchased an item from Mirraw, but the color and fabric did not match what was shown on their website. Additionally, they do not have a U.S.-based return location, and returning an item can cost more than the product itself. It feels like they rely on customers being discouraged from making returns due to the high shipping costs. I do not recommend purchasing from this website, as the experience felt misleading and disappointing.

I have ordered a saree from Mirraw and am still waiting for it;They are still investigating but I have been obliged to buy another saree for the wedding of my friend.They just answer ever 3 days, telling you to wait..... They are not serious at all and the sarrees are expensive.Can find the same at half price on the yourdesignerwear website;

Cheater Cheater DO NOT BUY On May 14, 2025 My order was $99.53 but at check out they charge me $200.14. And now not picking up my calls and responding my messages on WhatsApp or on their site. Not refunding and not cancelling. I AM STUCK. THAT IS A CHEATING. When I was checking and showing to my daughter the prices for blue one is $55.20 and green one was $28.93. Should be $99.61. Saleena

Ordered one anarkali and paid for the price of two because of bust size is not up to their standards even after paying extra for customer. This is a scam!!!

LOST PACKAGE - NO RESPONSE FROM MIRRAW I usually do not write reviews and quite frankly i did not think i would need to write one for mirraw because in the past they have been good to me. This time that was not the case. I am from Australia, and i ordered a CUSTOM half saree TWO MONTHS ago, mirraw claimed to dispatch the saree within two weeks. Fine. Weeks and months had gone by, and I still hadn't received my order. As a concerned customer who has PAID for delivery service, it is my right to know what has happened to my package. I contacted Aramex as the package had been handed over to them. My goodness if i could SUE that courier service, i would. They are horrible, wouldn't update me about my package, wouldn't escalate things and are just very incompetent. A lot of Australian customers have issues with Aramex. After screaming at Aramex nonstop for two weeks, they informed me that my package is LOST. This deeply upset me and fuelled my anger even more. I quickly emailed mirraw because for some reason they have disconnected their Australian number, to either send me a new saree or provide me with a FULL refund. Still to this day i have NOT received a response from mirraw. They have STOLEN my hard-earned money and have the most disgusting customer service. I have not only lost my item but my money as well. I hope this message finds someone who can do something about the horrendous behaviour from both mirraw and Aramex.

SCAM COMPANY!! Sent me lehengas where the skirts were a size 14 and tops were a size 6… I ordered a size 8. The material and stitching were extremely poor quality. They then demanded pictures multiple times which they said they never received, even when I forwarded on the email proof. And then.. ignored all my emails!!. Basically this company is a SCAM… save yourself the money and stress and buy anywhere else

Order #M642518632 The dress came with a broken zipper. Mirraw refused to exchange saying it’s beyond 7 days. Order was delivered on March 31st evening and return request was made on April 6th evening. Even if they can’t keep the 30 days return like usual company, this is also within 7 days. If they boast international shipping then they should follow international standard timings and also be aware that delivery doesn’t always mean received by customer in the US as they go to mail box. Loved the dress but it’s defective. Won’t buy again based on this experience. Update on this review. Customer service representative Sandesh ignored the request for return or exchange and told me there is nothing wrong with the zipper and I should just "move it up and down." This was after the issue was escalated and been under review for few days. Like seriously no respect for the customer. It is great when products are fine, but terrible when you have to deal with return or exchange as the customer service staff has no respect for the customers or their issues, let alone try to solve it. Hopefully it reaches other customers and saves them from wasting their money.
