I like the Saree blouse and saree peticoat, color and design I liked but the material quality is 1star less than expected.. overall satisfied with stitching and communication for stitching is best.
Beautiful fabric with a lovely net design. I had the blouse custom-stitched, and the fitting was excellent. The pleats on the saree were perfectly stitched in place. The service was fantastic — I’ll definitely be ordering again! The team is amazing and very responsive; if there’s ever an issue with the order, they go above and beyond to make it right.

I placed an order on 16th of September 2024. The goods were to arrive on 30th September 2024. I have still not received my items and there was an item that the Vendor cancelled, for which they said I will receive the refund to my original payment but I have not received it. I am an interns customer and currently I am on hold for the last 15 minutes waiting for customer service to answer my call. When you WhatsApp them they have no clue they say they are the sales team. These guys seem to be scam please don’t order from them.
I have order couple orders. If order has any issue,there is no solution. The USA phone does NOT go through. Email does not help. One of my order over $327.00 has no shipping charges but when I am receiving delivery UPS is asking $78 for delivery and they took back the goods.
The product I received smells extremely bad. It literally smells like a dead rat. I’ve reached out to customer service but they haven’t responded and it’s already been 2 months. It’s extremely frustrating.
The blouse zipper broke while trying on for the second time and haven’t worn it for the occasion that I bought it for. Sent them a email and response is: With regards to your Order No. ??? we would like to inform you that our return policy allows for issues to be raised within 7 days of order delivery. Upon reviewing your case, we noticed that the 7-day return window has unfortunately been exceeded. As a result, we are unable to escalate the issue further. We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please be assured that this is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we deeply regret the inconvenience caused. We appreciate your understanding and hope to offer you a seamless and pleasant experience with your future orders. What a cut and paste response. They offer no customer service. Beware when you buy. Try other websites.
Very bad experience. Still waiting for tgd product which was to be delivered 5 days ago. So frustrating. This was the first purchase and will never use this website anymore or refer yo friends or family.
The worst customer service I’ve ever had from any online company. They refuse to answer emails. Stay away if you want a refund it’s never going to happen. Keep your money cause they do.
products are not the same you see in pictures, color and patterns are all different. They look good in pictures but are very different when you see them. Not happy at all. will never buy from them again.
I was searching for a lehenga with mirror work, and Mirraw's listing clearly stated "mirror embroidery" in the title. The photos and videos showed the mirror details, but what I received had aluminum foil instead—no mirrors at all. It looked cheap and was nothing like what was advertised. When I contacted Mirraw, they offered only a 5% refund. This is unacceptable, especially since I provided proof. I will not shop with Mirraw again and will share this experience with friends and family. Wish there was a way to give zero stars and attach pictures to this review.
