I was searching for a lehenga with mirror work, and Mirraw's listing clearly stated "mirror embroidery" in the title. The photos and videos showed the mirror details, but what I received had aluminum foil instead—no mirrors at all. It looked cheap and was nothing like what was advertised. When I contacted Mirraw, they offered only a 5% refund. This is unacceptable, especially since I provided proof. I will not shop with Mirraw again and will share this experience with friends and family. Wish there was a way to give zero stars and attach pictures to this review.

Terrible customer service. You can't get any one on the call. I ordered two sizes up still. One of the outfit doesn't fit. They promised pick up return for free now they are saying I need to pay for shipping and then they will process the refund . I have to send it all the way to India from Canada. Never ordering from them again.

THEY ARE CHEATERS; DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDER TO THEM. I HAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM AND LOST $108. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.  THEY NEVER SOLVE YOUR ISSUES.

Dear fellow Singapore friends, please beware of the Mirraw online ordering platform. Please do not get cheated! They are the worst I have come across. I ordered 3 Salwar Kameez suits and 1 saree with blouse from Mirraw for Deepavali which cost me SGD $348.86 All were of standard stitching, not customized. Surprisingly all 4 items arrived 1 week earlier than the scheduled time. I anxiously opened the parcel just to become disappointed instantly. The quality of the materials of all the 4 items are so cheapskate and so awful. I just got a shock to have received such terrible quality. Though I emailed their customer service a few times, they refused to refund back my payment in exchange for their horrible products. They kept replying that all 4 items were customized and could not be taken back. What a great lie and they are all frauds! They pretended to present me with a 10% discount in good gesture, but was credited into the 'Wallet', instead of crediting into my bank account. This is also another way to con innocent people. They must be a fool to still think that I would order something from their website again for their pathetic SGD $34/- Please stay away from the Mirraw website as the actual product varies 100% from their advertised pictures.

Dear Miraaw, Is you and your employees are dumb or what? I have put my order yesterday and after that because of some issue I am trying to cancel my order from your website. It says that with in 24 hour you can cancel your order. I tried more than 10 time to cancel my both order and even tried to mail your customer support team for 3 time to cancel my order. Still your team are ignoring my mail about cancellation and they are replying me to send me the shipping confirmation. How bad it is..! Never ever going to buy anything from you and never recommend this stupid people..!

If you buy from Mirraw, later you will regret for your action. Do not trust Mirraw. Bad service and product quality. They fool with fake pictures on their website and the one we receive will be a cheap quality materials. Mirraw will not pay for return postage. We have to pay from our pocket. If you write to Mirraw, they respond after ages. Mirraw is a stupid man cheating online company. Beware!!!! They do not deserve any star. Do not trust MIRRAW. They supply very poor quality materials. I had return two items recently, now struggling to get the refund. Each day I am receiving email from MIRRAW with different stories about my refund. The return post tracking says item delivered. However MIRRAW create stories each day delaying the refund. Return postage we have to pay from our own pocket which MIRRAW will not refund. So please do not engage MIRRAW. It is waste of money and time.

I have told for sarries blouse for stitching and call request for stit hing person but they did neck depth wrong I told was front neck 9 and back neck 10 but they did front neck 7 and back neck 9 abd down waist length of front blouse in middle part is peeping from back part when I put it of floor horrible service they have they don't take it back the blouse after stitching it wrong they don't accept their mistakes idiot people ever for thir stupid way for stitching mistakes and we have to face that problem of sending pitcher to them 100 time but they do some timepass with us to send 100 pitchers and finally they tell this sarries blouse is as per your measurements and customer can't return the blouse .why mirraw site is running under loss they they keep soo cheap and village low level kind of stitches for stitching department and when stitching is mistakes they try to cover it by giving 101 reasons because they already know that they can give many reasons as they want and they should never take any return back to them respectfully. CHEAP KIND OF MAKING PEOPLE CHEATED IS THIS SITE .THEY DONT WANT TO RETURN MONEY FOR STITCHED PRODUCTS WHI H THEY HAVE DONT STOTCHING MISTAKES

I have received very bad service . I have ordered garments from Mirraw from May and I still have not received delivery.I have emailed Mirraw several times for a refund still no response. Be careful there is no guarantee that you will get delivery
