I ordered two of this product but the second pants is not the same one is different and I send emails with the image of the pants and replied me just apologies. Am I not paying for it?
I heard from someone that the garments are pretty big. I therefore contacted customer support and asked for a smaller size (XL- S). They granted my request, no extra charge. The garment made it here prior to the estimated delivery date. The garment fits perfectly.
Very unhappy. It is NOT the color I ordered. I also paid extra for customization and requested sleeveless blouse. WHY is there sleeves on this blouse? I am very upset that Mirraw is not doing a good job on customer service. Why are you lying to the customer. I would like to file a customer complaint. Can you tell me why the color of the outfit is different than what I bought.Color in my order is royal blue. Why does it show a different color of teal. I attempted on multiple occasions to inquire about color and sleeveless blouse but got no help.
I have told for sarries blouse for stitching and call request for stit hing person but they did neck depth wrong I told was front neck 9 and back neck 10 but they did front neck 7 and back neck 9 abd down waist length of front blouse in middle part is peeping from back part when I put it of floor horrible service they have they don't take it back the blouse after stitching it wrong they don't accept their mistakes idiot people ever for thir stupid way for stitching mistakes and we have to face that problem of sending pitcher to them 100 time but they do some timepass with us to send 100 pitchers and finally they tell this sarries blouse is as per your measurements and customer can't return the blouse .why mirraw site is running under loss they they keep soo cheap and village low level kind of stitches for stitching department and when stitching is mistakes they try to cover it by giving 101 reasons because they already know that they can give many reasons as they want and they should never take any return back to them respectfully. CHEAP KIND OF MAKING PEOPLE CHEATED IS THIS SITE .THEY DONT WANT TO RETURN MONEY FOR STITCHED PRODUCTS WHI H THEY HAVE DONT STOTCHING MISTAKES
I have received very bad service . I have ordered garments from Mirraw from May and I still have not received delivery.I have emailed Mirraw several times for a refund still no response. Be careful there is no guarantee that you will get delivery
Their sizing chart is all wrong, do not use the sizing chart provided! All outfits came way way too small to fit any of the men in the wedding party and they arrived too late to do any alterations. The grooms outfit arrived 2 days before the wedding and was not a custom size! It just said size M on the tag and must have been a kids medium for how small it was! It also did not look like the picture and was not returnable, so wasted $600 on that outfit and several hundred more on outfits that didn't fit the groomsmen! Also, the outfits said they were silk, but were not made of silk at all! Very disappointed and out a lot of money! Their "100% money back guarantee" is a lie! Do not buy from this company! I would give 0 stars if I could and repeatedly! They are not to be trusted!
I wish I can give ZERO stars!! Totally disgusting piece of work...what they posted on their site and what I received was a total SCAM!!!! The lengha was not what the picture on the website depicted!!! Never ever gonna buy anything from these scammers!!!! I want full refund...totally dissatisfied!!!!!!!!!
This Site Sucks..!!! I have never seen such horrible Customer Service Ever. I do almost 90% of my SHOPPING ONLINE AND NEVER experienced such an un- loyal service. They took my order and gave me the confirmation. I am waiting for over a week and i check the status it says cancelled . Rest is the ordeal...I tried to call them...chat with them ...such a lag waited with patience for 2 weeks or more... now they say the item is SOLD OUT. And ask me to choose an other product of same Fashion. Which i did ,now they saying i have to pay 3 times extra. I ask for a courtesy Discount. No response for that. Myself a business man..When there is a mistake from our side at least apologize and give them a courtesy Discount or attend to the Customer. Minimum ethics. Will never buy from here. I will tell all my Friends as well.
11 August 2024. Garment was never received. It was purchased in February 2024, it's now 7 months later. Upon querying the purchase, information is requested and you never hear from the fantastic "team Mirraw" again. They will not refund your money even when they are at fault. Be cautious with your purchase. I will never buy from this site again. Lesson learnt.

Order M206930783 The fact that Mirraw has requested my Identification so many times in order for my order to be delivered tells me that they are dodgy characters who are definitely doing underhanded things. This is my second time to order from Mirraw and I have received 7 emails requesting my proof of identification for Atlantic Couriers to deliver my order. Can anyone tell me if this has happened to them. I paid a lot pf money for this order and to date I have not received it. I have several emails from Mirraw requesting my identification which I clearly said was not going to be sent to them. I have heard stories of the crooked acts that they can do with my ID. I do overseas shopping with different suppliers and this is the first time, my identification was requested. Im so glad I did not send it cause dodgy people who work at Mirraw have shown me never to support people like this. They are criminals. They should be punished for their evil wicked deeds.,
