Interesting! I just posted a review and gave them one star - review has been removed within minutes. I wonder how long this one will remain ... Here is the original review, I give it 5 stars which is ironical of course! Worst online shopping experience ever! We ordered two clothes out of Germany as a wedding gift, to be delivered inside India. After three weeks(!), only one garment (saree) was delivered, after numerous incorrect info-mails re delivery status. Yesterday came the dispatch info for the second garment, when checking the tracking no. it said that the parcel was not picked up as the order was cancelled, which was confirmed by the seller. We requested a refund which was granted (as the goods were never delivered and the gift wrap for which we had paid was not made). Now, we are informed that we have to return the garment (which we never received) to the seller. Luckily we have two days left before the wedding to look for another present, but we will obviously never order again with Mirraw as they are unreliable. Or maybe they cancelled the second part of our order because we complained about the poor handling of the first part, trying to get rid of unpleasant customers?? I ordered 3 custom stitched Lehenga. All 3 were EXTREMELY HORRIBLY AND DISGUSTINGLY stitched. I just wasted my money. Staff were not helpful at all. And my review kept getting deleted.

Such a bogus company and return policy. They mailed my product 8 days before the time I expected it, then when I attend the weeding and my dress does not look like the one on website, bad quality, and stitched bad they said because I didn’t contact them within 7 days they can’t do anything for me. Waste of $150. I will never be shopping with Mirraw again and I recommend no one shops here. Clothes do not look like the website and terrible company policy.

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience with my order. The top came smaller than the measurements and the bottom was larger, but more importantly, the product was wet and smelled toxic. I sent an email describing my challenge with a picture of my measurements not matching. At first, they said no refunds for pre-sewn items. That would be fair if the measurements were right and if the product hadn't been completely destroyed by being wet during shipping and I assume molding. After multiple exchanges, I was only offered a 10% refund. It may not be worth the risk to buy from here!

I bought 4 sarees. Delivery was today.. 2 sarees smells horrible. I can't wear it. I feel like throw up. The entire room got very bad smell . I never recommend mirraw to anyone else. No more buying from Mirraw

I have ordered one gram gold antique balls necklace on 4/7/2024 for Rs 2730 by upi/418658031854/17.53.57 but I have not recieved any message from mirraw.com please refund the money or send my ordered product

Order number M522702343 Reading all the reviews, I believe am another victim of Mirraw's quality scam. I had ordered 4 products from Mirraw out of which 3 products are completely unacceptable which I cannot wear in any social event. I must admit I had paid a huge amount for the entire order. The website pictures are totally mis-leading and thats how they attract customer. The products I had received is no where near the picture and the fabric qualities are unacceptable for such a high price. Basically wasted my hard earned money like many of you. This company should be highlighted to many other consumers so that they do not waste their money like I did.
