Order number M522702343 Reading all the reviews, I believe am another victim of Mirraw's quality scam. I had ordered 4 products from Mirraw out of which 3 products are completely unacceptable which I cannot wear in any social event. I must admit I had paid a huge amount for the entire order. The website pictures are totally mis-leading and thats how they attract customer. The products I had received is no where near the picture and the fabric qualities are unacceptable for such a high price. Basically wasted my hard earned money like many of you. This company should be highlighted to many other consumers so that they do not waste their money like I did.

Its a SCAM!! website mentions easy return but they will never refund you any money once purchase is made. Delivery was very delayed and very cheap quality compared to the price being paid. I even sent back the product to them but they never refunded my money. Save yourself the hassle and stay away.

DO NOT ORDER FROM MIRRAW. I ordered 3 kurtas all with size 36. one fits perfectly, second one barely fits and third can't fit at all (sleeves are so narrow that my hands get stuck. When I called they acknowledged that 2 with problem are from different vendor than the other one that fits. I understand that but size should be same. How does size vary with vendors. I was asked to provide pictures, I sent 2 different sets of pics and after 2-3 weeks no response. So I reached out and response is, need more pictures. So in short if you get stuck with wrong size or item there is no solution for it being US customer. you will be stuck in endless loop of pictures request. Even if you hire a professional tailor to get measured pictures they wont be satisfied with it and there wont be any solution. So I would stay away from MIRRAW.

If I could give zero I would! The outfit is described as pink zari lengha. The picture shows a pink lengha with silver zari work. The outfit sent is red with bright gold zari work of the cheapest kind possible. Also the dupatta is described as "silk" but the material is actually "plastic". Mirraw is an absolute con outfit. Stay away.... You will neither be able to wear the outfit or return it and get a refund!! There should be criminal charges brought against Mirraw!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! TOTAL SCAM As an international buyer I ordered an outfit and a necklace from the website. Big mistake! The items were of poor quality and did not fit. I contacted them asking about their refund process. I followed their strict instructions and paid £35 to return the item tracked and signed to the address specified. The tracking number showed it was delivered yet they stated they had not received it. They had told me to label the items as "defective" as part of the refund. They refused to give me my money back and Paypal sided with these criminals. Do not recommend anyone purchasing from here. Awful company with a typical indian mentality. They should be shut down.

The company should be banned from doing business in the USA. I had a bad experience first time because the stitching was awful and nothing out of 5 things fit. It was a total waste of time and money. I ordered second time and this time did not include stitching with the order. This time they did not deliver the complete order. They kept sending emails that some of the items did not pass the quality check. Do not use this company, particularly for special events. Their email chain keeps going but they will not never deliver the full order. If any of the items are cancelled on their side, they promise the refund in 3-7 days but never process it. I had to ask them to refund three times last time and finally had to seek the credit card company's help to get it. They do respond to emails on time, but what good is the response if the order doesn’t get delivered as advertised.

Did not get what was purchase the magenta zari embroidery anarkali from Vega Fashion, item had no beads was just embroidery making it look cheap. Do not buy false advertising. The onion pink outfit from Vasu Sarees had minimal sequins. It looked extremely worked up on site. I had to keep on email because my order took so long they were courteous but I was expecting more. Unable to return India is too far. Gold thread was used instead of beads or sequins. M506496096

DO NOT order from this company otherwise they will rip you off! I ordered an outfit which came, but the top was different to the one I ordered and the trousers were stitched incorrectly at the front. The stitching I could have corrected myself, but the top could not be. This was almost 2 months ago, and I have messaged via WhatsApp numerous times, to be told they are looking into it. They wanted to give me a 20%Mirraw wallet discount as a gesture of good will! They sent the wrong item and they want me to spend more money with them - how pathetic. They then gave me a number to call as I wasn't happy and after 2 very lengthy calls with Hitesh and Vishaal, which was a couple of weeks ago, I have heard nothing. They are commiting fraud by making you pay for something you did not order and then not refunding you for their mistake. I asked to speak to the complaints legal team - who were very conveniently "not available". In the end I had to buy another outfit as I realised this company was not goingnto correct their own mistake. Be very careful as you will lose your money. And if anyone at Mirraw wants to check if this is a genuine comment, then look at order number M219250317.

Ordered a pink lehenga off the website and I am not satisfied. The product looks nothing like the image, it is the wrong color, and no one will return my email from almost 5 days ago. I would like a full refund and to return the product. Absolutely ridiculous that I have waited a week for a return and no one has even bothered to contact me.
