It was my first time buying off this site and I just received fabric that needs to be put together. I didn’t get a top either and I cannot use this. I wasn’t expecting to get multiple fabric that needs to be put together to create the outfit. Will be sending back unless I get an actual top sent
I ordered two of this product but the second pants is not the same one is different and I send emails with the image of the pants and replied me just apologies. Am I not paying for it?
I heard from someone that the garments are pretty big. I therefore contacted customer support and asked for a smaller size (XL- S). They granted my request, no extra charge. The garment made it here prior to the estimated delivery date. The garment fits perfectly.
Very unhappy. It is NOT the color I ordered. I also paid extra for customization and requested sleeveless blouse. WHY is there sleeves on this blouse? I am very upset that Mirraw is not doing a good job on customer service. Why are you lying to the customer. I would like to file a customer complaint. Can you tell me why the color of the outfit is different than what I bought.Color in my order is royal blue. Why does it show a different color of teal. I attempted on multiple occasions to inquire about color and sleeveless blouse but got no help.
The worst outfits ever the stitching was discussing the fabric was not as described I have never experienced such bad customer service if i had my way I would not even give 1 star
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I had a horrible experience with Mirraw customer service. They claim that they accept refunds and exchanges but that is simply not true!.
Very bad, received wrong color and bad chemical smell. Wrinkly sari as well, and stitching adjustments are not good. When I sent a complaint, I was told that the right color was sent, but the lighting is different. I don't know what lighting causes a bright red color to be advertised as dark pink/magenta. Do not trust any of the advertised colors on this website. Very disappointed, will not be buying from Mirraw anymore. Wish I could give 0 stars.
My experience with Mirraw has been highly distressing. I ordered £207 worth of clothing, but upon receiving the items, I discovered they were the wrong size. Following Mirraw’s protocol, I returned the items, incurring an additional £40 cost for recorded and tracked delivery. Throughout the process, I diligently informed Mirraw and provided all necessary details. As I tracked the delivery, I was aware of the item’s location. Upon confirmation of delivery to Mirraw, I contacted them for a refund update. Despite providing tracking evidence that the items had been received, Mirraw claimed otherwise and requested that I remove an unspecified dispute. This process extended over nearly three months, causing significant frustration. While £207 is a considerable amount for me, the customer service I received was appalling. However, once I contacted the CEO, my refund was processed almost immediately, revealing that there were no real issues with the refund. This ordeal caused me significant stress and disrupted my plans, as I could not achieve the look I desired for a special occasion. I would not recommend Mirraw to anyone unless they are absolutely certain they will not need to return any items. The service I experienced was terrible and deeply disappointing.
This site is a rip off. They say returns are available but when I spent the money to ship back the items within 2 days of receipt, they were refused and sent back to me. No refund for the products PLUS the shipment fees are all wasted. Stay far away from this vendor.
Shitstain of a website with terrible customer service. They literally gave me all my outfits with incorrect measurements. Then proceeded to stop responding to my emails when I asked them to fix the issues ahead of my event. And when I disputed the charges with the credit card company, only then did they begin to apologize for the issues they had created to me. However, on the side to the credit card company they have denied any wrongdoing nor issue with the order. It too me showing my credit card company the emails of them acknowledging their wrongdoing in order to get the credit card company to actually bounce their payments.
One of the items came damaged and the customer care refused to replace it violating per their own policy. The customer care told me it was not possible and happy to offer 10% in store credit. When I pushed back, pointing their own policy, I was asked to return damaged goods at my own cost. Returning the good is not the replacement policy and it clearly stated either it will replaced or money will be returned. When I refused to return the product in my dime for their mistake, there was no response. Horrible customer service! Also, if they have cash back offers in store credits, please don’t fall for it. Before my product arrived, I was trying to buy additional stuff and that credit could not be applied. Product was OK except the damaged one. Business practices seem scammy- they will go out of business soon as more people report them to BBB.
The worst company ever! Do not order from here! I brought a wedding outfit to wear on my big day - The item is completely different from the picture and the beading has been completed damaged from the stitching idiot! I have been chasing this since the 19th of March and have had to constantly chase them and they still can’t give me a resolution or even accept liability after pictures have been sent to them
Product was not as shown in the picture. Requested a return right away and the customer service for return was not helpful at all. Just wasted my money purchasing the sarees.
