It was my first time buying off this site and I just received fabric that needs to be put together. I didn’t get a top either and I cannot use this. I wasn’t expecting to get multiple fabric that needs to be put together to create the outfit. Will be sending back unless I get an actual top sent
I ordered two of this product but the second pants is not the same one is different and I send emails with the image of the pants and replied me just apologies. Am I not paying for it?
Order Id: M594448259 I ordered a kurta, pyjama, mala and mojdi order from them on 26th April 2024. At the time of ordering, the expected delivery date was 12th May. This order was for a groom who is getting married on 16th May. I had 3 days as a contingency because I know orders can sometimes get delayed by a day or two. When I did not receive order by 12th, I called the customer care team who told me that the order was not even dispatched. I told them to cancel the order and provide refund cause this is wedding attire. It has absolutely no use to us if not arrived on time. Later, their support representative, Shubham Patel sent confirmation that order will be cancelled. Next day, another representative sent me email saying order is being dispatched in 24-48 hours. Since then, I have sent number of emails to this team stating that I dont want this order and that it should be cancelled and my money should be refunded. I have had zero response. Instead their system is sending me emails saying i havent replied to their ticket in 24 hours. Even if the items arrive now, they will arrive after the wedding is over. I need to spend additional efforts and money to return it. Mirraw is a horrible company. Do NOT even buy from them. The customer support is a JOKE! I will be logging complaint in BBB to make sure their US business suffers. This whole ordeal has caused a lot of frustration to me and my family as we do not have any outlets locally to buy wedding attire. This team and company ruined a beautiful wedding with their unprofessional behavior!
I ordered maroon colour anarkali online for my brother's wedding..the material appeared so amazing..but when I actually received, it was completely horrible...the quality is so cheap...so disappointed... completely waste of money....

I bought an amazing pista salwar amd an orange kurta. The quality is amazing and the delivering was so fast, considering it was coming all the way from India to Ireland! I will definitely shop here again and share this shop with my friends!
I recently had the displeasure of ordering from Mirraw.com, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The first point of contention was the quality of the products I received. Despite the attractive product images on their website, the actual items were of extremely poor quality, far from what was advertised. Adding insult to injury, the shipping costs were exorbitantly high, which I was hoping would be justified by the quality of the products. However, this was not the case. The steep shipping fees did not correlate with the service or product value, making the overall cost of the items unjustifiably expensive. The return process was another headache altogether. To my dismay, I discovered that in order to return the items, I would have to send them all the way back to India at my own expense. This was not only inconvenient but also cost-prohibitive, essentially forcing me to keep products I was unhappy with. Overall, I ended up spending a significant amount of money on what I can only describe as junk. For anyone considering shopping from Mirraw.com, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere unless you are prepared to gamble on quality and spend a lot on shipping and potential returns. This experience was definitely a letdown and not one I plan to repeat.
Wish the tracking system was clear, it is not updating and nobody responds to any questions Atlantic does not update clearly and it is frustrating when you paid for something and the tracking gets off track
Bought this saree today on 4/10/24. Length of the saree is not as enough as a regular saree mentioned in its specification. At this point a little frustrated with Mirraw's customer service . I have been trying to contact them to get a status about a shipment which has been delayed . They see the message but don't respond . I have emailed them as well . They really need to get better in communication. I am not getting anything for free here , paid for it.
