Stunning material and embroidery work in the fabric. However, I will need to make minor alterations on the Kurta and shorten the length of the bottom pant . This will cost me more $$ in New Zealand where I live .
Shitstain of a website with terrible customer service. They literally gave me all my outfits with incorrect measurements. Then proceeded to stop responding to my emails when I asked them to fix the issues ahead of my event. And when I disputed the charges with the credit card company, only then did they begin to apologize for the issues they had created to me. However, on the side to the credit card company they have denied any wrongdoing nor issue with the order. It too me showing my credit card company the emails of them acknowledging their wrongdoing in order to get the credit card company to actually bounce their payments.
One of the items came damaged and the customer care refused to replace it violating per their own policy. The customer care told me it was not possible and happy to offer 10% in store credit. When I pushed back, pointing their own policy, I was asked to return damaged goods at my own cost. Returning the good is not the replacement policy and it clearly stated either it will replaced or money will be returned. When I refused to return the product in my dime for their mistake, there was no response. Horrible customer service! Also, if they have cash back offers in store credits, please don’t fall for it. Before my product arrived, I was trying to buy additional stuff and that credit could not be applied. Product was OK except the damaged one. Business practices seem scammy- they will go out of business soon as more people report them to BBB.
The worst company ever! Do not order from here! I brought a wedding outfit to wear on my big day - The item is completely different from the picture and the beading has been completed damaged from the stitching idiot! I have been chasing this since the 19th of March and have had to constantly chase them and they still can’t give me a resolution or even accept liability after pictures have been sent to them
Product was not as shown in the picture. Requested a return right away and the customer service for return was not helpful at all. Just wasted my money purchasing the sarees. Order Id: M594448259 I ordered a kurta, pyjama, mala and mojdi order from them on 26th April 2024. At the time of ordering, the expected delivery date was 12th May. This order was for a groom who is getting married on 16th May. I had 3 days as a contingency because I know orders can sometimes get delayed by a day or two. When I did not receive order by 12th, I called the customer care team who told me that the order was not even dispatched. I told them to cancel the order and provide refund cause this is wedding attire. It has absolutely no use to us if not arrived on time. Later, their support representative, Shubham Patel sent confirmation that order will be cancelled. Next day, another representative sent me email saying order is being dispatched in 24-48 hours. Since then, I have sent number of emails to this team stating that I dont want this order and that it should be cancelled and my money should be refunded. I have had zero response. Instead their system is sending me emails saying i havent replied to their ticket in 24 hours. Even if the items arrive now, they will arrive after the wedding is over. I need to spend additional efforts and money to return it. Mirraw is a horrible company. Do NOT even buy from them. The customer support is a JOKE! I will be logging complaint in BBB to make sure their US business suffers. This whole ordeal has caused a lot of frustration to me and my family as we do not have any outlets locally to buy wedding attire. This team and company ruined a beautiful wedding with their unprofessional behavior!
I ordered maroon colour anarkali online for my brother's wedding..the material appeared so amazing..but when I actually received, it was completely horrible...the quality is so cheap...so disappointed... completely waste of money....

Hi, I have received my product, but it is not the same product as shown in the picture. The quality has been compromised and the colour is faded like second-hand unless been used product. I bought an amazing pista salwar amd an orange kurta. The quality is amazing and the delivering was so fast, considering it was coming all the way from India to Ireland! I will definitely shop here again and share this shop with my friends!
