I ordered two outfits with standard stitching. The Black Heavy Designer Mirror Embroidery Work Art Silk Long Length Kameez Pantcotton Salwar Suit Semi is so unbelievably poorly stitched. The salwar pant - one leg is skinnier and shorter than the other. The kameez suit has got misplaced, missing and BROKEN mirror pieces which are sharp-edged and DANGEROUS to wear. The second suit, which is the White Embroidered Faux Georgette Salwar Semi stitched is also poorly stitched even for its standard size stitching. The outside length of the trouser is shorter than the inside length and the inner lining is about 2 inches shorter than the outer fabric. The stitching at the groin is bunched and uneven. Appalling craftsmanship and their customer service is even more appalling. I am quite disappointed in the quality of these suits for the price I paid. It’s an insult to take people’s hard earned money like this and then say that a standard stitched product cannot be returned even though the products are defective. There is an apparent 7-day policy for defective items that I only found out about when I contacted their customer service. First and last time I ever order from this company.

I ordered a $100 outfit from them and paid extra for specific stitching instructions. Not only were those instructions not followed after I emailed and WhatsApp-ed them the requirements repeatedly, but the lining under the dress was not reflective of the dress(straight lining on an A line dress) the material of the dress was so cheap and it didn't t look or have the elegance like the dress in the picture. When I reached out to the customer service for returning the product, they kept asking me for pictures and proof of the issues and more details and in the end offered me 10% money back only in mirraw credit. So if you don't want to order from a site that doesn't honor or do returns, or whose quality and products look nothing like the pictures online, then stay far away from wasting your money on this site

If I was given the option to give a 0 star rating, I would. I ordered two dresses: a blue and purple one. I ordered cancan in the purple dress. Not only did I receive the order late, but they got the order wrong. They put cancan in the blue dress instead of the purple one. Before confirming the order, I made sure that the person in charge of my order confirmed that the purple dress would get the cancan. I was not home when my order got delivered and wasn't able to confirm or contact them about the order being messed up until I was back. I came back a few days ago and was able to contact them about it today. When I contacted them about it, they said they could not do anything about it since the 7-day return period already passed. I am NEVER ordering from Mirraw. I do not suggest ordering from Mirraw at all to anyone who is new to the platform like I am.

NRI PEOPLE please do not purchase from this site. poor quality material and pain for return process. I purchased over $250 items because I really like the description and designs, but the fabric and jewelry materials are of very disappointing quality. BE AWEAR save yourself and your money

My order has been returned for no reason.. When I asked why, they did not reply.. They asked me to pay extra fees without explaining why.. Finally, I received my order very late, could not wear it for functions.. No discount due to delivery late only extra fees to pay… And the products I received don’t match the description.. I payed x5 more for something that’s real price is like 700 roupies.. I have the invoice of supplier... very disapointing..

Third class service. My order was not delivered at my place and delivered to other place. . Even one star not deserved. They have to get my delivery or my money back.

Very good. Got the dresses for my brothers wedding and it looked very good. Customer service was good for changing the measurements and colour of dresses. Recommend

I am really disappointed with my orders. I have ordered 3 cloths. It’s not worth for that price. Very cheap quality material for high price. I will never order cloths in MIRRAW in my life time

Mirraw is a scam. They do not send products that you pay for and send previously used and worn clothes, which they refuse to take back. They would take 15 days to ship to USA and expect you to return in 7 days otherwise they won’t take it back. They charged me for bangles and never sent them. When I asked, they refused it was in the order. They blocked my messages on WhatsApp.

Never buy anything from them.I bought some saree and dress from my wife for her birthday gift received after 1 months and also material and color does not match with app’s photos.I called for return they said seven days return policy while I received it month later and put lots of excuses.never ever buy again
