Never buy anything from them.I bought some saree and dress from my wife for her birthday gift received after 1 months and also material and color does not match with app’s photos.I called for return they said seven days return policy while I received it month later and put lots of excuses.never ever buy again

Awful. One product was not as pictured, having a different sleeve length and color than shown. The other three I fought with customer service to replace the product with something more suitable after I was told I could not have the item's sleeves stitched as shown. Not only did they not honor my request, they cut the sleeves as short as they could, probably to be spiteful(the person dealing with this order could be quite rude). They said it wasn't possible to replace the item, but I know that was a lie, because one very kind staff member helped me replace the other order. Out of five pieces, I can wear one. Thanks for wasting my time and money, Mirraw. I've been doing business with you for almost ten years and recommending you to friends and family, but no more.

I had a terrible experience in Mirraw. I ordered four saris and a couple of them had a Buy 1 Get 1 Free deal. I was expecting the products to arrive. Only three arrived. The fourth one did not come, and I was in contact with customer service/online help etc. They keep on telling me the item is in quality check and they will dispatch fast. After about 10 days, I received an email, that they canceled my order and gave a refund of 50% of what I paid. It was a $45 item, and they refunded me $22. They did not offer any chance to replace the item. If you ask for support, you get 4 or 5 automated emails, and they are so disorganized. I lost money with this merchant and please be careful with this site. If I could do 0 stars I will do and I will not order from them again. Very bad customer service and experience. Looks like they even hide my reviews and only good reviews show on the site....the item I ordered still shows in the site as available so why did they not ship to me? PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

I'm writing this review after gone thru 4 months of calls and email exchanges with Mirraw Care Team. Unfortunately, Mirraw have messed up with my 2 orders where an incorrect lengha choli set was sent to me and also a saree with poor condition were sent to me. I sent countless pictures, emails and on top of called them to explain issues but at the end I was told no refund will be issued as they sent a correct product. Very disappointed with the customer service and the way they are handling issues. Not sure if their quality team really check the quality or the condition of the items before dispatching. Very sad to say I have decided to shop at different place as I don't want to deal with a business that can't stand by their product quality and also help to resolve customer concern. At this point, I'm very frustrated and dissapointed to even shopped at Mirraw at the first place.

Gems sold are FAKE and mirraw refuse refunds on their FAKE gems they sold you. Don’t support a company like this! If i could add pictures of conversations from Mirraw you would be surprised. They are horrible people.

This doesn’t deserve any star! I ordered sari for birthday gift. It has been more than a months and it has not been delivered. WhatsApp responses are delayed. Courier service is pathetic. Still no sight of the order

I bought a cloths from mirraw and they didn't deliver. when I talk to them the sales girl say she will give but already 2 months they never give and they also never respond. their service bad not only that they steal my money. mirraw number +919321065110

was very impressed with the quality of the lenghas I ordered We had three lenghas with custom stitching that I was initially hesitant about. Ruchira from the stitching department went above and way way beyond to communicate with me to model how to take measurements and gave suggestions when the measurements I had sent were wrong. She worked with me professionally over several days to get my order just right. Ruchira even called me to confirm the measurements. I cannot emphasize how well the lenghas and Cholis fit. Ruchira did all of this with utmost courtesy and patience. Based on this response from Ruchira several other orders from myself and friends were placed. For this same order, the sherwani they sent us ( not the stitching department) was the wrong size. Customer response was prompt and they said they will be shipping the correct size sherwani no additional cost to us. Happy customer.

Other than delivery on time, everything else is bad. Material quality is horrible. I don't think the suits I bought will survive one wash. I am never coming back here. I have never had such a bad experience
