Saree fall stitching all fine, no damage on the sarees but quality is not as expected but ok. Red blouse- cutting was bad, one side on the front is longer than the other side. Fit was perfect. Stitching very good too, but whoever cut the piece didn’t do a good job, and QC personnel definitely not trained properly or doesn’t do their job well. Black blouse- stitching and fit good except for the straps, slightly loose but it’s ok as we can mend it. Dark blue blouse- stitching and fit perfect. Red leghenha skirt- stitching and fit perfect.
The saree was bundled up with all the folds messed up and shoved into the package. How much time does one take to fold it properly and send it??? The ironing was all messed up. Is that how you send your products to customers? I was looking forward to the saree and imagine my disappointment at the bundled mess that i see on opening the package.
I like it. I like bright things and this fits the bill. In the summer I don't like walking around just in a shirt and this bright light weight waist coat is ideal. I am sure that I will get some comments about it.
The skirt is 3 inches longer than the given length Given length 40 Inches and made in 42 for all of them as a result I can’t wear them I have past the customer survive to refund or help with alteration they asked me pictures with measuring tape and then asked for video even though I provided them they keep asking me more pictures, What a stupid
I really loved the item, stiching is good too. The item was supposed to come on 9th but it got delivered on10th mid morning. The picture shows a big ghera of the skirt but it's more of A line skirt. Besides these two things, item is good. Happy to shop again
They mentioned there is 7 day return and provided USA customer care number. Received salwar pants in different color. Wanted to return. No USA address to return the item. No one picks up the call from Customer service. Need to spend $50 to return 2 items which is worth of $60. Never order from USA

I have not received my product and it’s been almost a month since the order was placed . I bought it for a wedding and did not receive it on time .. so disappointing .. would never trust this company again .. made phone calls everyday with out any help and made false promises.. would suggest never to rely what they say 😡
One of the worst products bought. The product color, quality, and image is different from what was on the product sale page. I was in constant contact with their team and sent pictures of the wrong size sent. They needed another image with the body measuring tape and while I was about to sent the images again, they sent an email that it is outside of the return policy of 7 days. This is pathetic and the service is just bad. Please save your self from avoiding the purchase here. Wish I had not purchased.
Stiching staffs language is not acceptable, calling the customer ‘pagal’as I just send a mail saying that the measurements I have given is wrong as accidentally got submitted. I contacted the staff through WhatsApp and also send an email. In the WhatsApp the staff contacted me and cleared everything. She said she will pass it on to the stylist Then she wrote to me that’ ‘ ye pagal aurat ka mail check Kar Lena’ This is how they talk behind the customer. Very disrespectful and I got shocked when I saw the message. This is my first time ordering experience.
Very bad experience.I have ordered 4 product and all have some issue . Two product has stain in it , other one has wrong stitching one side different than other side. And last product they haven’t stitched at all. Very bad quality and very bad product. After all this for return I have to pay money for that bad product. I will not recommend to spend money in this better to get good product from stores or some other reliable website.
