In fact I’m very pleased starting from following up the orders, packaging, product design and quality . Everything as I expected. Highly recommended.
I'm writing this review after gone thru 4 months of calls and email exchanges with Mirraw Care Team. Unfortunately, Mirraw have messed up with my 2 orders where an incorrect lengha choli set was sent to me and also a saree with poor condition were sent to me. I sent countless pictures, emails and on top of called them to explain issues but at the end I was told no refund will be issued as they sent a correct product. Very disappointed with the customer service and the way they are handling issues. Not sure if their quality team really check the quality or the condition of the items before dispatching. Very sad to say I have decided to shop at different place as I don't want to deal with a business that can't stand by their product quality and also help to resolve customer concern. At this point, I'm very frustrated and dissapointed to even shopped at Mirraw at the first place.
Gems sold are FAKE and mirraw refuse refunds on their FAKE gems they sold you. Don’t support a company like this! If i could add pictures of conversations from Mirraw you would be surprised. They are horrible people.
This doesn’t deserve any star! I ordered sari for birthday gift. It has been more than a months and it has not been delivered. WhatsApp responses are delayed. Courier service is pathetic. Still no sight of the order

was very impressed with the quality of the lenghas I ordered We had three lenghas with custom stitching that I was initially hesitant about. Ruchira from the stitching department went above and way way beyond to communicate with me to model how to take measurements and gave suggestions when the measurements I had sent were wrong. She worked with me professionally over several days to get my order just right. Ruchira even called me to confirm the measurements. I cannot emphasize how well the lenghas and Cholis fit. Ruchira did all of this with utmost courtesy and patience. Based on this response from Ruchira several other orders from myself and friends were placed. For this same order, the sherwani they sent us ( not the stitching department) was the wrong size. Customer response was prompt and they said they will be shipping the correct size sherwani no additional cost to us. Happy customer.
Other than delivery on time, everything else is bad. Material quality is horrible. I don't think the suits I bought will survive one wash. I am never coming back here. I have never had such a bad experience
Completely unresponsive customer service. Order has not been dispatched in 2+ weeks, nobody replies to email queries. I have called the help center multiple times - the call only gets connected once every 50 attempts. After speaking to an agent who assured me that they were looking into my order and had escalated the issue, I have since heard no update whatsoever. When I try calling again now, the call is cut immediately after answering. I feel like I have been cheated out of Rs.10,000. Should report this fraudulent company.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I custom ordered an item for a wedding, and sent many emails back and forth about measurements. The item arrived and doesn’t fit at all - I don’t know what measurements were used, but they do not match what I provided. Every time I tried to contact Support, I got the same generic response. Avoid ordering from this company at all costs.
They mentioned there is 7 day return and provided USA customer care number. Received salwar pants in different color. Wanted to return. No USA address to return the item. No one picks up the call from Customer service. Need to spend $50 to return 2 items which is worth of $60. Never order from USA
Doesnt even deserve 1 star. The retunes page doesnt work. Teached out customer service for a return label and below is the most ascenine response yet: Sorry for the inconvenience which was caused. we would like to inform you that , we would not be able to escalate your issue any further as any concerns regarding the order shall only be raised within 7 days after the delivery.
