I ordered a men's kurta set from Mirraw website at the beginning of May and received it in the middle of the month. Unfortunately, the wrong pant size was sent. I emailed customer service and was asked to send a photo of the size tag, which I did promptly. It is now been over a month with no response or resolution. Very disappointed with the lack of follow-up and poor customer service. I will not be purchasing from Mirraw again.

Would give zero review if possible. Item received was not the item I ordered. Customer service is non existent. While writing this review I am waiting on hold for someone to pick up my call - it has been 1 hour and 12 minutes.

My order came in days after scheduled delivery. I called and they assured it will get here on time. I wasted hundreds of dollars for an event on this company. BUYER BE AWARE.

One of the worst online desi shopping forums with bad customer service. I have to say they were good initially about 2years back but now it’s terrible! No response on watsapp, the numbers listed on “contact us” are useless! My package was never delivered- their third party courier service Xpressbees kept saying delivered to WRONG address at some other city. I tired contacting Mirraw and their response from a Pooja Sharma is “they will attempt two more times” at the wrong address. What good is that? I emailed back saying that’s the problem you have delivery address mixed up - no response to date. I asked for full refund- again no response to date. It’s a different thing if you don’t like their product, but it’s FRAUD if you don’t even deliver and just take the money. NOT RECOMMENDING THIS WEBSITE - TOTALLY NOT TRUSTWORTHY

These people are scammers. Do not buy from them. They advertise for a product, but when the time of the delivery arrives, they just say we don't have that product anymore. The quality of their product is also so cheap.

My experience with Mirraw.com has been incredibly frustrating: I received the wrong product, and for over 9 days, they have failed to resolve the issue or communicate effectively. This wasn't a minor discrepancy like a slight color variation or a unique handcrafted touch, which I would understand. This was an entirely different item from what I ordered, and it was meant for a wedding I'm attending, which I now don't have the outfit for. I first contacted customer service on May 20th, clearly explaining the problem and providing a link to the correct item. I quickly received a response asking for an invoice photo, which I promptly sent. However, since then, communication has essentially stopped. I sent multiple follow-up emails, emphasizing the urgency because I needed the item for the wedding. I even tried calling their support number, but no one answered. On May 23rd, I finally received another email from Mirraw.com, apologizing and stating they had "escalated the issue to our vendor team," promising an update within "48 to 72 hours." I was hopeful then, but that timeframe has long passed. It's now May 29th, and I've received absolutely no further communication or resolution. I've been forced to purchase an alternative outfit elsewhere, which is both inconvenient and an unexpected expense. All I'm seeking now is a refund or a return label for the incorrect product they sent, but Mirraw.com has gone silent. This blatant disregard for a customer's time and money, especially when they've sent the wrong item, is simply unacceptable.

Please don’t buy from this website . Extremely poor quality. And once you email for refund or return no reply they will completely ignore you. You can complain about this business here ..National consumer helpline Gov.in. I will soon share email ID too to complain

I purchased an item from Mirraw, but the color and fabric did not match what was shown on their website. Additionally, they do not have a U.S.-based return location, and returning an item can cost more than the product itself. It feels like they rely on customers being discouraged from making returns due to the high shipping costs. I do not recommend purchasing from this website, as the experience felt misleading and disappointing.
