I ordered two of this product but the second pants is not the same one is different and I send emails with the image of the pants and replied me just apologies. Am I not paying for it?
I heard from someone that the garments are pretty big. I therefore contacted customer support and asked for a smaller size (XL- S). They granted my request, no extra charge. The garment made it here prior to the estimated delivery date. The garment fits perfectly.
Very unhappy. It is NOT the color I ordered. I also paid extra for customization and requested sleeveless blouse. WHY is there sleeves on this blouse? I am very upset that Mirraw is not doing a good job on customer service. Why are you lying to the customer. I would like to file a customer complaint. Can you tell me why the color of the outfit is different than what I bought.Color in my order is royal blue. Why does it show a different color of teal. I attempted on multiple occasions to inquire about color and sleeveless blouse but got no help.
Order #M275411231 is not yet delivered and one of the worst ever site, we have experienced. Ordered the Item on 05 Nov 2023 with expected delivery date 09 Nov before Diwali. Its 15 Nov 2023 and not yet delivered. Almost called them daily but they are neither doing anything nor canceling the order. Who is in charge of this. No grievance cell nor email ID to ask.
Consider it as a 0 star..Worst quality and policies to return! Not a worth to spend mone. Also please don't buy if you are living in US. It's a total lost money. They will ask you to ship it back to India and it would cost more. No size is appropriate. Quality is cheap . Stay away from Mirraw at any cost.
I am having a terrible experience with MIRRAW. The piece is damaged and they are offering 5% discount for this, which is hilarious. They are offering discount from my money. Why should I have a damaged piece?? Terrible service from Customer care. Looks like have to take it higher up to resolve this.
I bought quite a few items from mirraw.com in multiple orders. The quality of the product is always a hit or a miss. The arrival is never on time, you have to follow up multiple times with customer service. If you contact customer service, they only say sorry for any inconvenience, but nothing happens. I bought from mirraw.com because of its stitching service. I am in USA, so I really liked the fact that they offer this service. Again the quality of stitching is also a hit or miss. But I am never buying anything from mirraw.com again. The one that pulled the string for me is - last time they send me an used salwar. The salwar had a very strong sweat smell. When I called about it, as usual, they said sorry for my inconvenience, but nothing happened. It is been over a month and I have followed up a few times.
I wouldn't give them a single star. Looks like it's a fraud. This is my tracking number M681538563. Placed order on 25days ago. No delivery, no refund. Customer care is useless.
I ordered an Anarkali dress. They stitched the dress where front embroidery design on the neck was partly covered by other belt like embroidery belt. The measurements were off. Overall many defects in the dress. I sent email, I got almost 10 emails asking me to send pictures and details, I did respond 10times, I get final response saying they did whatever was specified in order, They sent me an old measurement form showing measurements. Even if the measurements were right what about the Front design which is partly covered by other design. The later is the major design fault but they do not agree with that. Very poor customer service, dress looks ugly, can not wear it and it is waste of money. Please be careful before order as this company is not reliable,
Very sorry to how pathetic mirraw's customer service is. E-commerce has become a vehicle to mislead customers & swindle them. Looking at the other reviews, this company seems to have a track record of unethical business practices
I recently placed two orders in mirraw online website. First order was for 4 sets of dresses to be shipped to Kerala. The order didn't reach on time and hence I requested for cancel. Funny though, someone went to pick up the packet that was never delivered ! 4 dresses were dispatched in three packets. One packet reached destination was returned. Two other packets never reached the destination. I didn't receive refunds for any of these . Its been close to a month. Customer care is not responding to the emails after the initial response "we will follow up and get back". The only number that I was able to reach was local contact of U.S, but they couldn't do ANYTHING. Second order I placed is for a custom stitched lehenga to be shipped to U.S. Lehenga came on time, but the length of the skirt was 3 inches less than requested. I cannot use the skirt in this state. Again, no response from customer care after the initial mail of "will follow up and get back". I am totally frustrated with the purchases.
