WARNING: Be aware of this company, Mirraw-ethenic ware from India. They think customers are stupid. First, their website reads -50% OFF. Buy one, get one FREE. OK, I chose two items of the same price, thinking I would pay for one and get one free. The total amount was about $50, but when I went to check out, a message read - pay the full amount, and an equal amount will be deposited in the 'wallet' in your account to use for the next order. I said to myself ok I will buy $50 worth the next time. But wait. Once you pay the full amount plus $12 for shipping and check out, you will receive an email from Mirraw that $50 has been deposited in your account. Now, here is the real catch. It also reads that ONLY 10% OF THIS AMOUNT YOU CAN DEDUCT IN ONE ORDER. This means I could deduct only $5 from my next order! I will have to place 10 more orders to use $50 that was 'rewarded' to me and pay for shipping costs 10 times. This is a highway robbery! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, MIRRAW.

I ordered few items in July. Still waiting for it to be delivered. Worst online company to buy from. Apparently their 24 hours is 3 months. I want my money back now!!!

They gave wrong product and didn't give me my money back. I have 7days return and exchange they trick me very smartly asking for product pictures multiple times and they are killing my time and after 7 days they were giving me excuse that I passed my return time.

Cheap and transparent material. No blouse and petticoat sent with the saree. No fall and pico done but money taken for all extra items. On complaint, only paying back 2 dollars for fall and pico. I cannot use a saree without blouse. Blouse piece not sent though I paid for custom stitching. I am asked to return saree on my own cost for international shipping. Please save your money.

Sadly the custom stitch was not to the measurements given, meant the lehnga and blouse cant be worn. Two out of three petticoats were wrong size despite same measurements being given. Petticoats has extremely bad quality stitching as well. I asked for a refund as products were not suitable. After being ignored for so long, they only offered a 5% refund after escalation. Be careful as returns or refunds is a non existent policy.

I ordered a $160AUD anarkali lehenga and they sent the wrong colour and style. I asked for a return and refund and they 2 weeks on, they are "still checking with stitching team". Do not order from Mirraw. Order from Indian Wedding Sarees or Indian Cloth Store. This place is a scam. This is the worst experience ever.

I ordered 7 saris from Mirraw, and they send me 3 with wrong colors. I called and send it email so many times, but I never got response back from them.

Their customer service team is the worst I have encountered. The website had an error to where you can't order 2 different sizes of the same product in some of the adult clothing. I called them and they said to order all the products in the same size and then they would take care of adjusting it. They then sent me all the products in the same size even though I have written confirmation of our conversation. Now they refuse to correct it so I am stuck with a bunch of items in the same style and size and can't use them
