I ordered an Anarkali dress. They stitched the dress where front embroidery design on the neck was partly covered by other belt like embroidery belt. The measurements were off. Overall many defects in the dress. I sent email, I got almost 10 emails asking me to send pictures and details, I did respond 10times, I get final response saying they did whatever was specified in order, They sent me an old measurement form showing measurements. Even if the measurements were right what about the Front design which is partly covered by other design. The later is the major design fault but they do not agree with that. Very poor customer service, dress looks ugly, can not wear it and it is waste of money. Please be careful before order as this company is not reliable,

Very sorry to how pathetic mirraw's customer service is. E-commerce has become a vehicle to mislead customers & swindle them. Looking at the other reviews, this company seems to have a track record of unethical business practices

I recently placed two orders in mirraw online website. First order was for 4 sets of dresses to be shipped to Kerala. The order didn't reach on time and hence I requested for cancel. Funny though, someone went to pick up the packet that was never delivered ! 4 dresses were dispatched in three packets. One packet reached destination was returned. Two other packets never reached the destination. I didn't receive refunds for any of these . Its been close to a month. Customer care is not responding to the emails after the initial response "we will follow up and get back". The only number that I was able to reach was local contact of U.S, but they couldn't do ANYTHING. Second order I placed is for a custom stitched lehenga to be shipped to U.S. Lehenga came on time, but the length of the skirt was 3 inches less than requested. I cannot use the skirt in this state. Again, no response from customer care after the initial mail of "will follow up and get back". I am totally frustrated with the purchases.

I would give 0 stars if I had an option. I would recommend you not to buy from Mirraw. I had very hard time dealing with them with my outfit. They sent me a wrong dupatta with my outfit which I purchased for a family engagement party. The dupatta was totally different from the picture and different color which doesn’t goes with the outfit otherwise I would have compromised a little bit. I requested them to send me a right dupatta but they kept asking me to wait and wait and wait. It’s been more than 2 weeks already but they’re not sending me a replacement or refunding my money. I told them that I bought for a party and the outfit is no use for me without a matching dupatta and they said they’ll give me a credit of 15%!!!! Like what the hell I can’t even wear that and why would I get only 15% back whereas it’s not even my fault. This company is very unprofessional and have a very bad customer service. I’ve never had so much hard time with any online shopping but they just giving me hard time. Now I’m spending more money to go get another outfit for the party. I paid them for the outfit but at the end I don’t know what to do with it. Please don’t trust this company! If you get the correct item consider yourself lucky otherwise you’ll never get your money back or replacement. Shame on mirraw!!!

I have received the wrong product. I've sent emails on 11, 18 & 22 September respectively and to date have not had a response to my query Terrible customer service I will not purchase from your site ever again I will caution all friends and family as well.

Your company is a fraud, you advertise "Pure Silk" sarees and send art silk sarees. I will raise a complaint with the Australian department of trade to ban the shipping of products from Mirraw. You say this"Hi Abhishek, Greetings from Mirraw.com With regards to the Cream woven pure silk saree with blouse - #3971993 as per warehouse update we are working to replace this product with new product 4161504,. Once the product replace we will refund the remaining amount to your bank account." But do nothing. Sending customers fake products. I will take all the appropriate steps.

Ordered a saree, very very cheap material. The pic looked beautiful but the product utter disappointment, the refund policy is way too complicated. Shattered and disappointed.

WARNING: Be aware of this company, Mirraw-ethenic ware from India. They think customers are stupid. First, their website reads -50% OFF. Buy one, get one FREE. OK, I chose two items of the same price, thinking I would pay for one and get one free. The total amount was about $50, but when I went to check out, a message read - pay the full amount, and an equal amount will be deposited in the 'wallet' in your account to use for the next order. I said to myself ok I will buy $50 worth the next time. But wait. Once you pay the full amount plus $12 for shipping and check out, you will receive an email from Mirraw that $50 has been deposited in your account. Now, here is the real catch. It also reads that ONLY 10% OF THIS AMOUNT YOU CAN DEDUCT IN ONE ORDER. This means I could deduct only $5 from my next order! I will have to place 10 more orders to use $50 that was 'rewarded' to me and pay for shipping costs 10 times. This is a highway robbery! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, MIRRAW.
