I placed an order on 8-17-23 which was to be delivered on 9-9-23, after tracking the order I found out that it will take another 5 to 6 days for them to ship the order which will be delivered after another 7 to 10 days by then the function that I ordered the clothes for will be over. The company is not reliable and will not deliver the orders on time. I have wasted money and time thinking that I will get my order for the function.

my name is roney raju , this is my 2nd time i am putting a review. after the 1st review someone form this number 9321065110 contact me and told me that will fix the problem asap but no action . i place two differ order from mirraw . M691721954 and M734927424 , one of the order( m691721954) i cant even track it any more , they took it of from the system , 2nd order (M734927424) failed quality check . i been contacting no one has any idea when i will get my order , looks i lost my money , this is not the way do business , i lost $352.61 US dollars

The customer service does not wants to resolve the issue but lingers on the issue. You have to spend your valuable time to send repeated messages to them, but they do not understand what customer service is, They send you a defective piece and then do not want to send you a refund or a fresh piece. If I could, I would give them a ZERO star. Beware- they are fraud.. They do ship-- but not what you order- and just defective pieces. International buyers- BEWARE- they do not provide return shipping. Will provide wrong or defective items to foreign buyers- as they know that they may not ship back as Mirraw does not provide return shipping. The Indians have landed on moon- but the mentality of killing a hen and get all golden eggs at once still remains. They will take advantage of their parents- customers are the last thing they are worried about Lesson of the story: Please do not waste your time and money with MIrraw.

All of the lehengas I bought smell so badly. Like formaldehyde or something awful. I can’t stand the smell. I’ve left it outside and the smell is unbearable. Wish I could’ve been warned by someone that this could happen. Beware!

I wish i could give you zero star. Scammers! It was my first saree order with you guys which took almost 2 months to reach me and then sent me wrong item that you guys made me pay extra for. When contact support, you took 2 weeks to come up with a solution and when i responded saying i want a refund, you closed my ticket saying i did not respond. I have all the communication proof and details. But now you won’t respond to me. Bunch of scammers idiots ripping people and making money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I just reviewed my order, such poor quality, cheap foil fabrics and really bad chemical smell. I am disappointed I would not be shipping anymore with Mirraw. I should have come here to read reviews.

I will not recommend buying any products from Mirraw. I bought two sarees and both sarees are not wearable at all. The fabric quality is too low and they do not take returns as well. The website image and actual product has a lot of differences. This website is a scam.
