Sadly the custom stitch was not to the measurements given, meant the lehnga and blouse cant be worn. Two out of three petticoats were wrong size despite same measurements being given. Petticoats has extremely bad quality stitching as well. I asked for a refund as products were not suitable. After being ignored for so long, they only offered a 5% refund after escalation. Be careful as returns or refunds is a non existent policy.

I ordered a $160AUD anarkali lehenga and they sent the wrong colour and style. I asked for a return and refund and they 2 weeks on, they are "still checking with stitching team". Do not order from Mirraw. Order from Indian Wedding Sarees or Indian Cloth Store. This place is a scam. This is the worst experience ever.

I ordered 7 saris from Mirraw, and they send me 3 with wrong colors. I called and send it email so many times, but I never got response back from them.

Their customer service team is the worst I have encountered. The website had an error to where you can't order 2 different sizes of the same product in some of the adult clothing. I called them and they said to order all the products in the same size and then they would take care of adjusting it. They then sent me all the products in the same size even though I have written confirmation of our conversation. Now they refuse to correct it so I am stuck with a bunch of items in the same style and size and can't use them

The top was not the style that I ordered and the zip on the skirt broke as soon as I tried it on. I asked to be refunded for the amount it would cost to fix the zip and they have refused and now won't reply to messages. Poor quality and poor customer service.

Worst product received and when i placed for return no one bothers to complete the process. I still have the product with me while I placed for return on 06/09. Nobody contacts you. Worst experience

I placed an order on 8-17-23 which was to be delivered on 9-9-23, after tracking the order I found out that it will take another 5 to 6 days for them to ship the order which will be delivered after another 7 to 10 days by then the function that I ordered the clothes for will be over. The company is not reliable and will not deliver the orders on time. I have wasted money and time thinking that I will get my order for the function.

my name is roney raju , this is my 2nd time i am putting a review. after the 1st review someone form this number 9321065110 contact me and told me that will fix the problem asap but no action . i place two differ order from mirraw . M691721954 and M734927424 , one of the order( m691721954) i cant even track it any more , they took it of from the system , 2nd order (M734927424) failed quality check . i been contacting no one has any idea when i will get my order , looks i lost my money , this is not the way do business , i lost $352.61 US dollars

The customer service does not wants to resolve the issue but lingers on the issue. You have to spend your valuable time to send repeated messages to them, but they do not understand what customer service is, They send you a defective piece and then do not want to send you a refund or a fresh piece. If I could, I would give them a ZERO star. Beware- they are fraud.. They do ship-- but not what you order- and just defective pieces. International buyers- BEWARE- they do not provide return shipping. Will provide wrong or defective items to foreign buyers- as they know that they may not ship back as Mirraw does not provide return shipping. The Indians have landed on moon- but the mentality of killing a hen and get all golden eggs at once still remains. They will take advantage of their parents- customers are the last thing they are worried about Lesson of the story: Please do not waste your time and money with MIrraw.
