Saree fall stitching all fine, no damage on the sarees but quality is not as expected but ok. Red blouse- cutting was bad, one side on the front is longer than the other side. Fit was perfect. Stitching very good too, but whoever cut the piece didn’t do a good job, and QC personnel definitely not trained properly or doesn’t do their job well. Black blouse- stitching and fit good except for the straps, slightly loose but it’s ok as we can mend it. Dark blue blouse- stitching and fit perfect. Red leghenha skirt- stitching and fit perfect.
The saree was bundled up with all the folds messed up and shoved into the package. How much time does one take to fold it properly and send it??? The ironing was all messed up. Is that how you send your products to customers? I was looking forward to the saree and imagine my disappointment at the bundled mess that i see on opening the package.
I like it. I like bright things and this fits the bill. In the summer I don't like walking around just in a shirt and this bright light weight waist coat is ideal. I am sure that I will get some comments about it.
The skirt is 3 inches longer than the given length Given length 40 Inches and made in 42 for all of them as a result I can’t wear them I have past the customer survive to refund or help with alteration they asked me pictures with measuring tape and then asked for video even though I provided them they keep asking me more pictures, What a stupid
Worst customer care, the quality of blouses is very bad , by default they would send you the blouses that the model is wearing , which is very annoying as you would think that it’s just the model, and the customer service would do nothing to fix that , so it’s basically waste of money buying on Mirraw It’s a scam , beware guys
Mirraw, I have made several purchases from you previously and also referred you to my friends. I find it convenient to shop online due to my busy schedule and I logged in, wanting to place new orders. I am so disappointed and decided not to place order because there's no trace of any Hindu attire, fashion or accessories. Kumkum, Bindi, Sindoor, etc are essential part of traditional Hindu attire and I see 99% of the models are portrayed without these. Who are you catering your products to? And, what message are you conveying to the nation? None of my contacts, including myself will buy from you until we see a change in your advertising approach and models displaying traditional Hindu values. We would never do business with a company that does not value Indian sentiments.
If i could give 0 star review i would. Customer service is terrible, tell you they will give you a call and they never would. It's been over a month and they still have not resolved the issue. Their customer service is pretty much non-existing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A HUGE SCAM. Story: bought a lehenga set and they only sent the skirt.
Shocking customer service. Nice designer suit ordered however it was too small. I was made to prove it was too small by a tailor which is very bad. I have been trying for 3 months to return the product. After 6 weeks of trying Mirraw agreed for me to return the product but I have now been informed they refused to accept my return parcel. I am out of pocket by £108 and want my money back.
Ordered a instant hijab khimar which was very bad quality material and poorly stitched. After emailing customer service regarding my issues we agreed on a 20% refund, after a day or two later mirraw emailed again saying that they can't issue the 20% refund. Very poor customer service I will never buy from here again. Prices are high for bad quality items
Horrible experience! I ordered my daughter size and it came in so tiny. She was unable to fit. I tried to return and i was told it is $100 to return! I have never heard of something so outrageous.
Save yourself the headache and do not order through this very incompetent unprofessional company. They shipped two of the three pieces in the set I paid for. Decent products if they would ship all of it. Very difficult process to try to get them to resolve the issue. They told me they were sorry it couldn't be done.
bewarned - THEY DO NOT LET YOU CHANGE THE STAR RATINGS. WEIRD. If there was 0 star I would give a FUCKING 0 star. My mom often shopped here (this is from her account) so I decided to purchase a lehenga from here. Note: We are International Buyers! The main problem was: 1) They sent the wrong PRODUCT to begin with 2) They also sent me wrong COLOUR ( I ordered BLUE they gave me black) - I asked for return shipping address so I could return the product & they could send me the correct one. (before their 7day return policy) - I also asked them to cover my shipping as the FAULT was on MIRRAWs end. I was being nice polite and patient until MIRRAW triggered me. I had NO RESPONSE from them, but YET they constantly sent me emails saying they are waiting for my response. FUCKING RIDICULOUS!!! I HAD TO SEND 5 EMAILS over a period of 2 weeks for them to respond. - WORST is that they replied yesterday saying will give me 20% REFUND. (this email was sent to my mom) THEN they emailed me separately saying they will give me 30% REFUND. WHAT THE FUCK! MIRRAW YOU NEED TO GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER.
I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered an outfit for my granddaughter and one for myself for my daughters wedding. They took the money out of my account at the time of order….5 weeks ago! They have notified me 3 times saying what I ordered is no longer available, I’ve picked something else and they then charge me more than what the online price is! Still have not received any items!!!! Asked to cancel order and they said I have to have my cancellation approved!!!!! DO NOT ORDER from this company. I am now without an outfit for my granddaughter and myself!!!
