I just reviewed my order, such poor quality, cheap foil fabrics and really bad chemical smell. I am disappointed I would not be shipping anymore with Mirraw. I should have come here to read reviews.

I will not recommend buying any products from Mirraw. I bought two sarees and both sarees are not wearable at all. The fabric quality is too low and they do not take returns as well. The website image and actual product has a lot of differences. This website is a scam.

My dress smells like fish. Its actually the most disgusting smell, i like the design but how is something so disgusting to the point where I don’t even want to touch it. Its so sad because i got it for an event and now I can’t wear it because I’ll probably smell of fish. I am going to try air dry the dress to diffuse out the smell. :(

Received only partial order. There is no customer service number. The phone numbers on the website are wrong phone numbers. Whom to contact to followup on my order that is still not sent ?

Worst customer care, the quality of blouses is very bad , by default they would send you the blouses that the model is wearing , which is very annoying as you would think that it’s just the model, and the customer service would do nothing to fix that , so it’s basically waste of money buying on Mirraw It’s a scam , beware guys

Mirraw, I have made several purchases from you previously and also referred you to my friends. I find it convenient to shop online due to my busy schedule and I logged in, wanting to place new orders. I am so disappointed and decided not to place order because there's no trace of any Hindu attire, fashion or accessories. Kumkum, Bindi, Sindoor, etc are essential part of traditional Hindu attire and I see 99% of the models are portrayed without these. Who are you catering your products to? And, what message are you conveying to the nation? None of my contacts, including myself will buy from you until we see a change in your advertising approach and models displaying traditional Hindu values. We would never do business with a company that does not value Indian sentiments.

If i could give 0 star review i would. Customer service is terrible, tell you they will give you a call and they never would. It's been over a month and they still have not resolved the issue. Their customer service is pretty much non-existing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A HUGE SCAM. Story: bought a lehenga set and they only sent the skirt.

Shocking customer service. Nice designer suit ordered however it was too small. I was made to prove it was too small by a tailor which is very bad. I have been trying for 3 months to return the product. After 6 weeks of trying Mirraw agreed for me to return the product but I have now been informed they refused to accept my return parcel. I am out of pocket by £108 and want my money back.

Ordered a instant hijab khimar which was very bad quality material and poorly stitched. After emailing customer service regarding my issues we agreed on a 20% refund, after a day or two later mirraw emailed again saying that they can't issue the 20% refund. Very poor customer service I will never buy from here again. Prices are high for bad quality items
