I ordered two of this product but the second pants is not the same one is different and I send emails with the image of the pants and replied me just apologies. Am I not paying for it?
I heard from someone that the garments are pretty big. I therefore contacted customer support and asked for a smaller size (XL- S). They granted my request, no extra charge. The garment made it here prior to the estimated delivery date. The garment fits perfectly.
Very unhappy. It is NOT the color I ordered. I also paid extra for customization and requested sleeveless blouse. WHY is there sleeves on this blouse? I am very upset that Mirraw is not doing a good job on customer service. Why are you lying to the customer. I would like to file a customer complaint. Can you tell me why the color of the outfit is different than what I bought.Color in my order is royal blue. Why does it show a different color of teal. I attempted on multiple occasions to inquire about color and sleeveless blouse but got no help.
I would give them zero stars if I could. I had ordered two items from Mirraw but only received one and the one I received was not even the dress I ordered. For an entire month, I repeat A MONTH, I kept contacting customer service but would receive cryptic messages and be left on read when I asked for a refund. On top of that they "claim" I placed two orders but I did not and that both packages have been sent to the right address. First of all, only one of them was actually sent to me and it was not even my order. Secondly, the one they "claim" I ordered was a week late. Even their shipping is bad. I wasted $200 CANADIAN DOLLARS on Mirraw. This company is a scam and does nothing to compensate their bad service. Save yourself the trouble and please do not buy from them.
I did order 2 outfits that I love on line and never received them. I call and was told that they don't have enough material for these outfit and I should replace my order. I call customer service and they will not help me.. I loose $138.00
Mirraw is the worst Online shopping site with absolutely no customer care service. I ordered two Indian men kurta set from Mirraw. One was nice and it fitted my son well. The other kurta set blue embroided silk sherwani. Product ID: 3141885 did not fit my husband well and I posted it back in good faith that I will get the refund of the item. I posted this item and paid £17.99 for postage. Total cost: 46.32 for the item + 17.99 for post= £64.31 I did not receive any refund for my item. I tracked my delivery and found that the recipient refused to accept the delivery and returned. I have not received this post back! I called up customer services so many times and spoke to an agent called Shankar who does not help. I also submitted a query form at Customer services to help refund for my item, they do not reply. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with Mirraw customer services. They should not be dealing with International customers as in foreign countries these issues are dealt with utmost care and refunds are processed. I hope no international customer buy any items from Mirraw because if anything goes wrong with the order, they do not help! This is my first time ordering from Mirraw. Experience is so bad, live chat is not live chat - who don’t answer even after 2 days. Not sure what is going on with my order. I am sooo disappointed with the service. Not sure how clothing will be when I receive.
I ordered a items but it's too big and too long. I tried to return but the Mirraw is not sending me return slip otherwise retuning myself will cost me three times of the items cost. Mirraw needs to address these type of issues in advance so customers will choose there items carefully. Only I saw was free return. It's absolutely ridiculous before they are not replying to my emails. Please no not buy anything from this mirraw website. I am mad and angry loosing $72.
I have had previous parcels from Mirraw delivered but this time they have made things so much worse. I cannot physically go and collect the parcel at the depot whose driver is unable to find my address. In the meantime I have received several parcels from the same depot and Mirraw has refused to refund the money saying that the parcel will be destroyed whereas it shows that the parcel has been returned to the sender.
Their customer service is horrible, responsive so late and they never solve the problem. Product never the same quality and size. Never gonna order from them again.
Awful experience, order placed 3 weeks ago still no sign of delivery. No email correspondence nor a call to say why there has been a delay. Only when contacted customer service, its been informed that there has been a problem but no accountability to resolve the issue. All they say is 'will forward the request to concerned dept' awaiting for a reply, which will never happen. Tired of waiting for a response. when asked to speak to the manager, the manager is never available. This shows the level of customer service and the type of standards they maintain. Eventually had no choice but to cancel the order. I have missed the purchased item for a very very important occasion because of their miscommunication. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED
