bewarned - THEY DO NOT LET YOU CHANGE THE STAR RATINGS. WEIRD. If there was 0 star I would give a FUCKING 0 star. My mom often shopped here (this is from her account) so I decided to purchase a lehenga from here. Note: We are International Buyers! The main problem was: 1) They sent the wrong PRODUCT to begin with 2) They also sent me wrong COLOUR ( I ordered BLUE they gave me black) - I asked for return shipping address so I could return the product & they could send me the correct one. (before their 7day return policy) - I also asked them to cover my shipping as the FAULT was on MIRRAWs end. I was being nice polite and patient until MIRRAW triggered me. I had NO RESPONSE from them, but YET they constantly sent me emails saying they are waiting for my response. FUCKING RIDICULOUS!!! I HAD TO SEND 5 EMAILS over a period of 2 weeks for them to respond. - WORST is that they replied yesterday saying will give me 20% REFUND. (this email was sent to my mom) THEN they emailed me separately saying they will give me 30% REFUND. WHAT THE FUCK! MIRRAW YOU NEED TO GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER.

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered an outfit for my granddaughter and one for myself for my daughters wedding. They took the money out of my account at the time of order….5 weeks ago! They have notified me 3 times saying what I ordered is no longer available, I’ve picked something else and they then charge me more than what the online price is! Still have not received any items!!!! Asked to cancel order and they said I have to have my cancellation approved!!!!! DO NOT ORDER from this company. I am now without an outfit for my granddaughter and myself!!!

I had ordered for necklace worth rs 2000. Till date I haven't received. Umpteen times I have called your customer care number but of no use. You say you will call back but no response till now. Worst experience I have ever had in online shopping. If I don't receive my order I shall cancel the same and give my worst review and spread the same to my friends also.

i place the order on 13/04/2023 from uk. still i am waiting for 2 items to be delivery. every time i send the email regading this. still under processing still under processing after receive by email only they replied. yesterday 16/06/2023 they mailed to ask to provide the missing product id. they are not communicated each other or they don't read the customer emails. everytime different people answer back and send different email. i think they are trying to cheat me. even uk customer service they don't want help either. i can't put less than 1 star.

I had order chikankari kurta , in product description it was written it's 100 % cotton , but the product that i received is not cotton at all. Very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY from this site. THEY DO NOT PROCESS RETURNS and take forever to ship the package. I have sent several emails to escalate the return but no response. Also the quality is very poor, threads hanging out and dirty stains all over the items.

Be brave and post this review on your website. I bought banarsi silk saree, prestitched, silk petticoat and blouse but got delivered cotton saree with cotton petticoat, it feels and looks like no where near to banarasi silk. Honestly, i always buy sarees from different websites your product is the worst, and company is so deceiving. I am happy to pay more but i hate cheaters and liars. Another worst part is your customer service, each time i called, seems like the girl name sangeeta knows nothing, sounds like she is sleeping in the bed. Get your act right Mirraw.

Terrible experience thus far. Poor customer service and poor quality l would be careful spending with Mirraw.com. From top to bottom they have liars and don't care soon as they have your money. Pathetic way to do business 🙄😒

If I could have given lower than 1 star, I would have. This Company is a low quality online retailer-- terrible customer service and awful stuff. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE.
