I purchased this navy blue sharara set and I couldn’t be happier! The fabric is incredibly soft and flows beautifully, making it super comfortable to wear for long events. The embroidery is intricate and adds just the right amount of sparkle without being over-the-top. I received so many compliments :)
Their service is very good. Timely communication, good response and well priced items. My only complaint is that the fabric used is too limited. For example, for the lengha, I wanted 44 inches in length but was told that the fabric allows only 41in which is pretty short for someone who is 167cm and will be wearing heels. Now the lengha looks a little high which isn't great but manageable. I wished Mirraw offered enough fabric to accommodate different choices and measurements.
As someone who does not order a lot of Indian clothing, this was all new to me and I trusted that Mirraw's website would be straightforward and easy to understand. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I placed an order for a lehenga and upon receipt, noticed that I only received a skirt, dupatti (wrap), and 2 pieces of fabric. The top was clearly missing. When I reached out to Mirraw's customer care, it took them 4 days to respond and the issue only received a response because I sent a second email. I was told that because I selected "no stitching," which is the BASE SELECTION, it meant I didn't want the top - just pieces of fabric so I can sew it myself. That wording is extremely misleading! The BASE SELECTION should be a full outfit and customers should be allowed to choose if they want the option to sew it themselves. No other rental store sets the fabric only as the main option. As I mentioned before, I am not familiar with Indian clothing and trusted that the main selection would include all the pieces that were pictured. Mirraw should be more clear that "no stitching" means no top. I thought it meant no additional or custom stitching on the outfit itself. Overall, my experience with Mirraw has been very disappointing. Customer service is subpar and takes forever to get a response. It was up to me to follow up when it should've been the company. The product descriptions were not accurate or usual. It was very misleading. I would not recommend Mirraw and will go elsewhere for my clothing needs.
Poor customer service..communication breakdown among agents...very very disappointing..had ordered my item way in advance but now too late to reorder as customer service agents lied abt item being stitched and will be delivered as soon as done throughout and now telling me they can't...
My review automatically put in a star rating. It should be ZERO stars. 100% Money Back Guarantee?????? This is a disingenuous statement! Sizes are inaccurate - ordered 2 boy's Kurta outfits. Ist one a little snug. Ordered next size up - no significant size change. Second outfit has a stain in the front. Mirraw will not reimburse me even though it has this major flaw. I am out $82(US) for two outfits that are not usable to me. Be aware - shipping an item back is cost prohibitive. It would cost me $47 to ship back the 1st outfit that cost $41! DO NOT PURCHASE from Mirraw.
I ordered a Paisley Neckline Kundan set back in January. It should have a necklace and the earrings. The earrings were missing from the order and even after sending several emails, almost three months later, the earrings have not been delivered. Customer service is terrible and I may never order again.
Its been two months. Still have not received my product. Every time I am trying to contact, they are asking me to wait more times. I send approx 30 emails. Nobody care to reply even. I tried contact over whatsApp, still asking to wait. Do not know if its a fraud company or not.
If i can give zero stars i would. This company is a big fraud. They sent me wrong sizes for every item i ordered which was 4 outfits. To get a return i have to keep submitting images to their customer care. I also did a lehengha with stitching and it came ripped apart and in 2 different colors. Every one please avoid this company. They will try to not give you a refund. Please report for fraud!
I have very bad experience with .customer service is very poor .product quality is very poor.I return the product and it has taken more than 20 days to get refunded after I dispute the charges with PayPal
This is a terrible company. I ordered a few items from their website. The total amount charged $269 more than what was advertised. I am still waiting for them to refund the $269. I think this company is a rip off. I just hope they sort it out soon as I am being shortchanged
