This is a terrible company. I ordered a few items from their website. The total amount charged $269 more than what was advertised. I am still waiting for them to refund the $269. I think this company is a rip off. I just hope they sort it out soon as I am being shortchanged

Mirraw is the worst service I have ever received. My order address was updated to a random address in NZ by their customer representative while I live in Singapore. I have asked for a refund 5 months ago, still no response. They are worst. M298729745

Would give a 0 if possible.. i ordered a necklace from the site ...after a long wait . received a different one .. and cheaper one. Initial responses were fast .. after the first reply no response or solution .. i wish someone just replied.. and said we are working on it .. but no .. just playing quiet .. stay away from this site ..

Hello, The quality of the saree is horrible! Not to mention the blouse quality and stitching. No liner was included and blouse color does not even match with the saree. Extremely disappointing. NAVY BLUE GEORGETTE SAREE WITH FANCY LACE AND BLOUSE PIECE M3517453

I ordered kids outfit and they sent me wrong sizes. Now when I tried initiating the return they are not returning my money. First, they said they will return via wallet and when I did not receive anything in my wallet I called, they suggested I get coupons as their wallet is not working. Now I am calling them constantly but I am not receiving coupons as well. Please do not expect any returns from them. Only shop if you are willing to lose your money.

Beautiful Products! Poor International Service. Wrong invoices are sent internationally sending taxes and duties fee more than three times the cost of the items. Promises are being made to send correct orders and it is not be shipped. Mirraw's team is not responding to emails and not refunding for purchases made. Poor International Service

Worst experience buying product from Om clothing thru Mirraw -the dark green blouse was defective and torn on two places on inside lining and also it smells sweaty and stinking as if its been already used and worn.So its not even new....just ridiculous i tried to return and get credit back but no reply from operations team its been 2 weeks am still chasing .Never going to buy from them .....dont buy from Mirraw

I payed for a produkt and havent received my delivery yet. Its been more than 2 months past the expeczed delivery and still no sign of my order nor did i receive my money back. Costumer support was unable to help me at all. Feels like a scam. Dont recommend

I recently ordered two sarees and received in time but one of the saree is not of good quality. Stitching is excellent and fits perfectly.We don’t need big discounts but perfect price and quality of material.

Ridiculous. These clothes fit no where near properly according to the sizes! Loose threads everywhere. I’m supposed to just eat $75 because your quality is poor. NEVER AGAIN. They do not take back MOST items. Buyer beware!!!
