Really poor service and they never gave cash back on my order. The % cashback scheme on items is a scam. I’d caution against purchases. I called many times, emailed, tried to ‘live chat’ - no luck.

Ordered a custom stitched lhenga. They stitched it wrong and acknowledged it but are not refunding the money. For the past month and a half have called them, chatted with them and they keep saying a supervisor is not avl every time to process the refund and they’ve never bothered to call back even after assuring that someone will. What’s with the 100% money back guarantee, this company is a fraud

Highly disappointed. Ordered: yellow sari with embroidered patterns all over sari and gold border Received: plain yellow sari, NO embroidered pattern, GREEN border Customer service email says border is different color because I ordered Fall and pico stitching. This is the most ridiculous reply. Sari selling site trying to tell it's customer that stitching fall changed the sari border from gold to green...amazing! Also terrible return policy. Ruined my Diwali

Please DO NOT use this site to order. They give you false delivery date, than when its a week over delivery date they will respond to your several follow ups letting you know one or two of the products are unavailable and they refund for them while deliver the rest. I placed my order on 3rd October and still waiting to get my delivery. They have put by refund for not available item in Mirraw Wallet and not my bank account. I have sent them 10 follow ups so far to refund in my bank account and to let me know of my order delivery date.. they do not even respond. Please use other authentic sites and Mirraw you will be fooled and highly disappointed with their customer service as there is no service as such

I wish I can give them not even a single star. They don't deserve any star and deserve only negative or minus ratings. These are fake people taking money from the customers and never giving refunds. I have the Email proof saying they have initiated my refund since last 1.5 months and I have never received anything except false messages. Extremely untrustworthy. Never ever buy from this crap organization. May you go bankrupt and lose all your business.

Hi I have been trying to get a refund from Mirraw for a long while and all I get is messages and emails saying that they will refund, I have been through so many different staff sending me messages that it has now become a big joke, Mirraw is a dishonest and unreliable company and does not keep their word, absolutely awful website to buy from. I am waiting for a refund I feel they have taken my money by fraud, gave them all the proofs and I have proof of all emails saying they will refund all money and have not. No stars for this company. From Customer who is quite angry.

Don’t trust its fake Mirraw!!! I ever had such a worst experience with online shopping. First time tried as my friend referred and its last forever. I have got product with missing material. Immediately started talking to customer care and requested for either replacement product or refund. Initially they started drama with asking me for pictures and then keep telling me that following up with vendor and I would be getting response in 24 hours. Since I believed them I was waited for weeks now its been 4 months. First time realized 24 hrs is such a long time. Interesting part is Even after 4 months when i called still saying forwarded to concern team and takes 24 hrs. How shameless are they. Customer service is worst. I highly recommended Not to waste your time spending on mirraw.

Excellent customer service with prompt replies. I received my saree and blouse very fast, the blouse was very well-stitched and fits me beautifully. I highly recommend this store. I'm surprised by the negative reviews because my experience was well above average.

Extremely Poor service !! Beware I ordered two Sarees and a jewelry to Dubai The estimated date of delivery was 8/10/2022. Till to date (12/10) , no emails regarding dispatch . No reply to emails regarding order cancel and refund . Will never be ordering from this site again.
