The outfit was so delayed as I had ordered this in time for my 40th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately it didn’t arrive on time which resulted in me buying another outfit costing me more money. Absolutely ridiculous
All the kurtis are a perfect fit. However, except for the yellow one the colours of the other two darker kurtis ran on washing. From royal blue it changed to peacock blue, but I think I love the "new" shade better. Also liked the cotton as it didn't shrink after the wash. Thanks.
I received a defective product from Mirraw, and beware that there was no option to return product online as this was stitched. They should always allow to return or replace product if it is defective (it has a cut in lenhga ) and customer can not wear it. I lost my money for now and never ever going to buy anything from Mirraw in future, and suggest everyone not to buy anything from this site.
The worst online shopping experience. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have never bought anything online that took more than 2.5 MONTHS to arrive. This is the worst of all e-commerce experience I have ever had. Also very bad craftmanship and quality.
Would give Mirraw 0 stars if possible. It is the worst online website. They send products that are nothing as described and fool you in the name of customer service. Will never buy anything from this place ever again!!!!
Hi I've just received my shipment from India to South africa. The items were as appeared if not better. The stitching was exactly as per my measurements and all items fitted perfectly. One less star for lengthy delivery time. Thank you Mirraw
I have experienced the most pathetic and indecent customer complaint response from your team member Mr Imran Deraiya. He was the most unkind and a staff with attitude towards attending an irate customer today over the phone. I had placed an order with you guys on the 24th of August and on the 5th of September spoke to another staff member Mr Ashish Wankhedr who told me that one item under the order needed to be replaced hence the delay on the processing of the same. I was assured by him that the order will be expedited and it would be delivered to me by the 21st of this month as that was my main concern. Yesterday I spoke to another staff named Kamaljith who assured me a cancellation with full refund, but with no email confirmation. And as till date the order has not been dispatched and all I have been asking with numerous emails is for the cancellation with a refund but nobody bothers to give a clear response to the same and when I spoke to the staff Imran today I also learnt how irrelevant it was to him about my frustration and concern, he had no empathy and no willingness to help. Would never ever come to this website for any future purchases and would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this to any of my friends and family members.
If there is a minus star, your team doesn't deserve that too. Very bad customer service. The blouses are stitched based on the tailor's whims and fancies. For blouses, I had to connect with tailoring contact many times just to ensure the tailor understands the neck patterns. Still, to my irritation, the output was horribly nasty, nothing in line with what i wanted. As for the materials, the quality is so bad. All together, my money is down the drain. Very expensive learning.
Absolutely horrified. Ordered a saree online from Australia to be delivered to my mom in India. The payment was done in full. Have a receipt of full payment. Courier guy on delivery asked Mum to pay in full (cash)as he stated payment was COD (cash on delivery) and refused to hand over the item. When Mum refused to pay and asked him to take up back, courier guy handed over the item and left. Are you stooping so low, Mirraw? Extorting and frauding people. Never ever shopping with you.
This is the lowest integrity ecommerce experience I've had in quite a long time. Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered a lehenga from here and the shipment took over a month to process. Customer service guaranteed it would be delivered by end of August, and it still hasn't shipped. Given my event is next week, I asked them to cancel and refund the order. They're refusing to give me a refund, even though the website claimed they're "customer friendly" and offer full refunds. Will make sure everyone I know never uses this site in the future.
