I have experienced the most pathetic and indecent customer complaint response from your team member Mr Imran Deraiya. He was the most unkind and a staff with attitude towards attending an irate customer today over the phone. I had placed an order with you guys on the 24th of August and on the 5th of September spoke to another staff member Mr Ashish Wankhedr who told me that one item under the order needed to be replaced hence the delay on the processing of the same. I was assured by him that the order will be expedited and it would be delivered to me by the 21st of this month as that was my main concern. Yesterday I spoke to another staff named Kamaljith who assured me a cancellation with full refund, but with no email confirmation. And as till date the order has not been dispatched and all I have been asking with numerous emails is for the cancellation with a refund but nobody bothers to give a clear response to the same and when I spoke to the staff Imran today I also learnt how irrelevant it was to him about my frustration and concern, he had no empathy and no willingness to help. Would never ever come to this website for any future purchases and would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this to any of my friends and family members.

If there is a minus star, your team doesn't deserve that too. Very bad customer service. The blouses are stitched based on the tailor's whims and fancies. For blouses, I had to connect with tailoring contact many times just to ensure the tailor understands the neck patterns. Still, to my irritation, the output was horribly nasty, nothing in line with what i wanted. As for the materials, the quality is so bad. All together, my money is down the drain. Very expensive learning.

Absolutely horrified. Ordered a saree online from Australia to be delivered to my mom in India. The payment was done in full. Have a receipt of full payment. Courier guy on delivery asked Mum to pay in full (cash)as he stated payment was COD (cash on delivery) and refused to hand over the item. When Mum refused to pay and asked him to take up back, courier guy handed over the item and left. Are you stooping so low, Mirraw? Extorting and frauding people. Never ever shopping with you.

This is the lowest integrity ecommerce experience I've had in quite a long time. Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered a lehenga from here and the shipment took over a month to process. Customer service guaranteed it would be delivered by end of August, and it still hasn't shipped. Given my event is next week, I asked them to cancel and refund the order. They're refusing to give me a refund, even though the website claimed they're "customer friendly" and offer full refunds. Will make sure everyone I know never uses this site in the future.

I ordered a saree from here a few months ago. The order and shipment took more than a month to process and on the delivery date it was sent back to the warehouse as the courier service could not find the address, which in fact was correct (never had any issues with other websites like Amazon or even Alibaba). When customer care was contacted by me they asked me to process the whole payment again as the shipment was returned (not just for the shipping but whole order). Their inbox was filled or they filtered my email id out so as to not receive any further emails for further correspondence to happen. (also writing review with another email id so as not to be spammed out). Huge scammers, a waste of money buying from here.

International shoppers, do not be scammed by this company! I wish there was option for less than I star. The international account is fake. I was scammed and spent $200 on trash that is sitting in the bag the shipment came in for 3 months. I am not going to be able to look at them one more time. I was disappointed and angry at the scam , the poor management of shipping and customer service. I will describe their products as slightly above pure trash. I have seen poor villagers in India wearing this quality material and the work done on them (no disrespect to the poor). The above statement was to emphasize how deceitful the photo images are. They are purposeful fake images to match the prices assigned to the products.

I ordered BownBee yellow kanhaiya set for my sons. Mine was an international order so its already over priced. And then one of the sets arrives without a dhoti. You should atleast check the products you are delivering. This is not acceptable.

I order a black and white lehenga but the material took almost a month to get delivered where they promised shipping within 15 days. The materials isn't in a good quality and I hate it. Low quality material. never ordering from this site ever again.

If I can give zero star I will give. I ordered 4 Salwar Kameez, two of them ready to wear and 2 of them were custom stitched. First of all the order was not delivered on time. Second out of 4 only 1 fits right. Before ordering I read the company policy, and it said only ready made suits could be returned and there is free return. I thought since I am able to return ready made item, it should be fine. Now when I spoke with customer service they are saying it is only for domestic customer, and I should have return it within the 7 days of getting my packages, and I have to pay to return the package, which will cost more than my product. This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Will not buy from this company ever again. HUGE SCAM. Never had these issues with UTSAV FASHION.
