If I can give zero star I will give. I ordered 4 Salwar Kameez, two of them ready to wear and 2 of them were custom stitched. First of all the order was not delivered on time. Second out of 4 only 1 fits right. Before ordering I read the company policy, and it said only ready made suits could be returned and there is free return. I thought since I am able to return ready made item, it should be fine. Now when I spoke with customer service they are saying it is only for domestic customer, and I should have return it within the 7 days of getting my packages, and I have to pay to return the package, which will cost more than my product. This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Will not buy from this company ever again. HUGE SCAM. Never had these issues with UTSAV FASHION.

Pathetic customer service lines you cant get through, most of my orders show delivered however nothing is delivered. I lost huge amounts of money getting attracted to the pictures posted. Super pathetic experience will never ever buy again. HUGE SCAM, will raise consumer complaint

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE..NOT RELIABLE…I am very disappointed with the customer service provided by Mirraw. I ordered 10 sarees on July 20th with expected delivery date of August 3rd for a dance performance on August 15th celebrations. I have been following up with the support team since August 4th and explaining the situation . I just received one response on August 5th of we will get it expedited and after that no update. I emailed them multiple times after that and called on the support number. The event is passed and we had to arrange something else at last minute. I get an update today from Mirraw that the items will be delivered on 24th. They are not returning or refunding the item. There is no use of 10 sarees for me now. I am very disappointed with this website and will never ever order anything from here or recommend it to anyone. Very unprofessional.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - I ordered a lehenga from this site 3 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. I have sent numerous emails and tried calling but they refuse to issue any refund. Complete waste of money and awful customer service.

Terrible customer service. Not worth the hassle. For an international company, they are not at all transparent when it comes to making a return. The process is not clear and after numerous calls to customer service, I get discouraging responses about shipping charges and potential customs fees to make my return. unbelievable!

Waste of money .I order lehenga and it smells so bad and their stitching process is soo bad ,they don’t sew according to measurement .so bad customer service Never order again from mirrraw🥺

I am a regular customer of Mirraw and generally have a good experience which saddens me that I have to write this review.. I ordered sarees with one stitching incomplete and the other sent was completely different to the one I ordered.. Have spent three weeks since 30Jun trying to get this resolved via emails with all details provided but Mirraw just send fake return emails pretending to look into the complaint but really they aren’t and you have to do the chasing as they will ignore you.. Pratibha and Harshal (complaints advisor) were both absolutely useless and lied when they said they would look into my complaint.. Reading the reviews this seems a common theme with Mirraw when something goes wrong their side.. I’ve given up without success .. order at your own risk !!

A precious customer they lost . I have ordered more than $1000 of stuff . This time on trip to India I ordered 50000 rs and they messed up my order . 10000 worth of order was wrong and after so many complaints no correction or return of Money . They lost not me but all my connection if they don’t act

They are robbers. They don’t provide what they promise. I placed 2 orders, one for Portugal and 1 for USA. I received USA parcel where I ordered same kurta pajama with sizes 40 and 44. Everything is different buttons, embroidery designs and even color . My Portugal parcel which I placed 21 days ago , still haven’t arrived ( meant to be delivered in 11 days) and they have used cheapest courier company named Atlantic but charged me $27.00 shipping charges. I definitely do not recommend this company. They use poor materials, not as displayed in picture. They apologize conveniently but do not take any actions. Horrible Horrible horrible. Never going to but again .

Please do yourself a favour and don't buy from this shop! I would have given zero star if there was such an option. I bought a lehenga worth $135 expecting it to be of decent quality. It turns out it was completely different from what was shown in the photo. It was a totally different colour and the quality really poor. I tried to contact them for a refund and already packed the item but they never got back to me. I followed up multiple times and sent several emails but got no response to this day. I feel so gutted to have wasted my money. They shouldn't even be in business anymore. Very dishonest company.
