Stunning material and embroidery work in the fabric. However, I will need to make minor alterations on the Kurta and shorten the length of the bottom pant . This will cost me more $$ in New Zealand where I live .
Worst Experience. Horrible. don't even buy from them. Its the first time ordered 3 items from this site and I won't be any more.. All the products are very low quality and charged high prices .I had send mail several times regarding the quality and worth of what i paid (each item more than INR 5,000) and after several follow up they agreed to refund the 25% of total price because of law quality and shaded products. But after that mail its more than 5 months no one is responding from customer care for the refund. I fed up with sending mails .This is my humble request dont buy from this site , low quality product ,high price and worst customer service.
Miraw charged me for pico and fall of the Sarees. But they delievered the sarees without picko and fall.. Even after repeated emails, they didn't return the money. I will never buy anything from this website.
Before even getting the items got stitched I asked them to cancel the order because they couldn't stitch clothes to my preferred measurements ...... Its been more than a week and still no action is taken.... Its a big pain to get orders cancelled. Worst customer support...... A big time and money waste. Order number M406543184..... WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND CHEAP CLOTHES. AFTER MULTIPLE EMAILS AND CALLS ALSO THEY DID NOT CANCEL THE ORDER. ************CHOR COMPANY********************worst e-commerce website.
horrible experience. an order which was ordered for large size was sent as small. I raised a return request. packed it well....the guy who picked it opened and checked the whole piece...found it intact and than crushed and showed it in the bag ignoring the press etc. he gave no receipt and said that i will get the mail from them. Its been alomost a week....no news! neither can i track the piece nor have i got the refund. The number given is forever busy. noone responds to the mail. Worst experience. Fake promises. DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM.

I am very upset, this is the first time ordering from this site and I won’t be anymore. I contacted Mirraw before my item was stitched and shipped out to inform them I no longer wanted it and requested a refund. They refused to cancel the product because it was more than 24 hours. Now I can’t even return it since the item is stitched. Very poor customer service.
First of all, a very poor customer service. Most of all the products are very low quality. I have ordered 5 items but only received 3 items. 25 days gone since I placed my order and I am still waiting to receive 2 more items. Their support team is full of joke, every time I contact I have to send the same thing again and again. They don't pass the information from one guy to another. Hardly you will receive a reply only the option is to email the support review@mirraw.com but you will not receive any reply or phone call. I thought to grow up a good business but sadly so disappointed and hopefully not anymore.
