Stunning material and embroidery work in the fabric. However, I will need to make minor alterations on the Kurta and shorten the length of the bottom pant . This will cost me more $$ in New Zealand where I live .
The onyx earrings I ordered was wrongly supplied, ordered, white, received red and returned immediately. then American diamond earrings poor quality, cheap looking , nothing like picture also returned. Awaiting my refund into my PayPal account. Nil refund given and numerous emails to team @ mirraw unanswered. They said a refund payment will be sent, never received it to date. I ordered another pair of jumkas previously which was good. Still waiting for numerous emails queuing my refund amount. This is the worst company, do not buy from them, they are huge cheaters. They do not even pick up the phones in Mumbai mirraw , contact us numbers.. Once they have your money looks like they are biggest scammers. Companies like UTSAV refund immediately within 24 to 48 hours. Am still waiting for my refund of Rs 1149. If I do not get refund I will be taking action. Dr Padmini.
I was offered my full refund which they approved months ago. Still waiting for this. I even spoke to them. They are full of false promises. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Once they take your money, they don’t care. Everyone please there are some very good websites to shop from which I have tried. I will never ever shop from this kind of people ever again. They don’t deserve anyones business. Pathetic looses.
It's a utter disappointment to order. This is my second time I ordered. They have cancelled one portion of my order stating that product has defect and rechoose from similar one which I did. After that waiting for so long suddenly I got confirmation email stating my products has been delivered and the specific product is cancelled . I can still see that cancelled product is available online. Now if I want to reorder I have to pay shipping cost as it is less than 100$. And they charged me for shipping as they excluded my this product which they canceled not me.this kind of fraud website should be get punished
I have been trying to contact Murray for a month now and I kept on getting ignored. My parcel has been delivered yet and it’s been supposedly been shipped on the 06/05/2022. I was promised that it would be delivered by the 11/05/2022. Very bad experience with them, especially the customer service

If I could I would have put 0 stars. This is the third time I've placed an order and this is the third time it's gone wrong. and each time, my package is either lost or delivered 6 months late. the worst part of all this is Mirraw's after-sales service: unable to give me precise information, and put me on hold each time they are overwhelmed by events. Really very disappointed.
Unhappy Customer I purchased sarees and I was extremely disappointed with what I received. I wish I could post the pictures of my peach satin saree that was extremely unacceptable with fraying raw edges and shabby finishing. Mohini Naidu
Hi, my name is Subbalakshmi. i had ordered 4 shalwar kameez for 120 dollars. I never got my shipment. i called USA customer service, India customer service but they did not send me my shipment. Every time i contacted , they said they will send it but i just got vexed and tired and left it. A so overall a lost experience and I did not even get a refund . i am in Allen Texas, USA.
I am totally disappointed with Mirraw.com. They sent me the order way too late, passed EID. It's not my size either, too big so I am trying to write to them to get an address to send it back, there was no address on the Atlantic Package. No answer. I am getting the same reply that they will contact me in 72 hours but no one does. I am phoning their phone number, no one is picking up the phone. I have spent $314.00 Canadian dollars!!!! I am a senoiur citizen, hard earned money!!!! HELP
