There has been some mistakes in the stiching and I received wrong kind of earrings. Others than the ones I ordered from the photo on Mirraw homepage. I have have been emailing to Mirraw Care for several months now, as they asked me to send the photos of what was not ok with the stitching. I did my part of the job and sent to them all they wanted. But I have NOT received any reply OR any suggestion for solution and the like. I have made a huge order, that cost me a lot of money and I expected to receive good customer service and someone who contacted me. What happened instead is some kind of avoidance. Mirraw seem to think, that by avoiding to consider the issue, I will get tired and disappear/vanish. That is not a honest, friendly approach. That is NOT a good customer service a all. Good customer service is based on honest, timely reply and consideration of the problem and the will and wish to solve it ASAP. EVEN if that means that I will not get any money back. Mistakes can happen and we are all human. We can talk. I like the apparels and jewelry Mirraw sell, but I am highly disappointed on the way a customer is treated, when problems arise! I as a customer is not supposed to write many times to Mirraw Care, to remind them about replying to me, with no result or any reply from them!
0 stars for customer service. Absolutely no help. No one lifts the phone or replies to your emails or messages in fb. I am waiting on my order to be shipped and wanted to find why it is still processing. No one replies. I am travelling to India this month end…..wanted to see if they can ship it to India….Me and my friends have placed orders recently but I am going to let everyone know, not to order anymore from MIRRAW.
I have recently ordered a lehanga, but they sent wrong and cheap blouse not the one showed in the picture. Customer service was horrible, no response for long time and they come back after months and say sorry can’t refund or replace because you have stitched the item. How long am I supposed to wait without stitching after bought a dress to wear for an occasion?
The garment was a cheap replica of the real thing they showed online. The stitching was horrible, the neck was changed from boat neck to a round neck, the embroidery was not the same as shown. When I asked for a return and refund, the customer care has just gone quiet. No response. It looks like they have even blocked my number, so I cannot get through to them anymore. This is a fraud company with fraud products. We need to wisen up.
Hello, I ordered some clothes for the Eid and was supposed to receive it by 24th unfortunately, till date I have no news from my order and the last update i have when i track the location is at Frankfurt 27th since then no update and I need to know where my order is.
I bought a necklace and it was defected. Despite sending mails and pictures to them they did not accepted the fault and just kept quiet. This kind of behaviour is not good when you have lot many competitors. Really disappointed and dissatisfied
Customer service is absolutely appalling. I have messaged and called for over a week straight in regards to my order and no one answered. I was promised my items would be here by now. No idea what is happening. I want my money back!
Worst ever site I have seen. It’s been a month I had placed order and today I received there mail that they don’t have that item in stock. Now after 5 days we have Eid, how will I arrange another dress on the last moment. Also no body was replying to my messages from last week. They are also not refunding my whole amount in my original source of payment. I am so disappointed with this. I won’t recommend Mirraw to anyone. Wastage of money and time both.
