The waist tie is cheap and does not match the material. Blouse is far too large and also I did not ask for blouse to be stitched. The outfit is all creased and too big from waist.
The quality is good, however it was delivery way past the date indicated and when trying to get ahold of the Mirraw team on whatsapp to figure out what is happening with the delivery no one responds which is frustrating.
I really loved the outfit. It turned out exactly as it is in the picture.. Only the blouse stitching was not as expected.. i provided my correct measurements yet the blouse is loose on me. Overall I loved mirraw
I am totally disappointed with Mirraw.com. They sent me the order way too late, passed EID. It's not my size either, too big so I am trying to write to them to get an address to send it back, there was no address on the Atlantic Package. No answer. I am getting the same reply that they will contact me in 72 hours but no one does. I am phoning their phone number, no one is picking up the phone. I have spent $314.00 Canadian dollars!!!! I am a senoiur citizen, hard earned money!!!! HELP
Worst site ever fraud not worth 1 star even , internationally very poor customer service no knowledge Received wrong size items Different staff deal with one issue . Advice to international shoppers be careful . Save ur money . This mirraw is irresponsible and the outcome of errors made at their end would cost customers more money for return Not worth it
Product quality is not per expectation. Return process is absolutely frustrating. Tickets to CS dont get any response. After contact form is filled it says pls write to so and so customer email id. Why do you even have a contact form if it goes nowhere. After all this returns are still pending because of vendor confirmation. Vendor hasnt confirmed because the returned packaged is sitting with the logistic provider for weeks. Tickets to logistics provider dont get any response. They dont seem to be on top of any of the processes. Its like chasing ones own tail.
One the of lehenga choli came defective and the custom stitching wasn't done correctly. I emailed but not response and trying to call them but the phone number for the order inquiry is out of service and the sales order number is always busy.
There has been some mistakes in the stiching and I received wrong kind of earrings. Others than the ones I ordered from the photo on Mirraw homepage. I have have been emailing to Mirraw Care for several months now, as they asked me to send the photos of what was not ok with the stitching. I did my part of the job and sent to them all they wanted. But I have NOT received any reply OR any suggestion for solution and the like. I have made a huge order, that cost me a lot of money and I expected to receive good customer service and someone who contacted me. What happened instead is some kind of avoidance. Mirraw seem to think, that by avoiding to consider the issue, I will get tired and disappear/vanish. That is not a honest, friendly approach. That is NOT a good customer service a all. Good customer service is based on honest, timely reply and consideration of the problem and the will and wish to solve it ASAP. EVEN if that means that I will not get any money back. Mistakes can happen and we are all human. We can talk. I like the apparels and jewelry Mirraw sell, but I am highly disappointed on the way a customer is treated, when problems arise! I as a customer is not supposed to write many times to Mirraw Care, to remind them about replying to me, with no result or any reply from them!
0 stars for customer service. Absolutely no help. No one lifts the phone or replies to your emails or messages in fb. I am waiting on my order to be shipped and wanted to find why it is still processing. No one replies. I am travelling to India this month end…..wanted to see if they can ship it to India….Me and my friends have placed orders recently but I am going to let everyone know, not to order anymore from MIRRAW.
I have recently ordered a lehanga, but they sent wrong and cheap blouse not the one showed in the picture. Customer service was horrible, no response for long time and they come back after months and say sorry can’t refund or replace because you have stitched the item. How long am I supposed to wait without stitching after bought a dress to wear for an occasion?
The garment was a cheap replica of the real thing they showed online. The stitching was horrible, the neck was changed from boat neck to a round neck, the embroidery was not the same as shown. When I asked for a return and refund, the customer care has just gone quiet. No response. It looks like they have even blocked my number, so I cannot get through to them anymore. This is a fraud company with fraud products. We need to wisen up.
Hello, I ordered some clothes for the Eid and was supposed to receive it by 24th unfortunately, till date I have no news from my order and the last update i have when i track the location is at Frankfurt 27th since then no update and I need to know where my order is.
