very different than the picture I called and spoke to a lady and said I would like to return it. She said " it is better for you to keep it. returning will cost you more" . She was right about that. There was no offer to help in anyway to an unsatisfied customer.. Customer service is very bad.

You only sent one item not two which is what I paid for and your customer service can’t get their act together to send the second one after a month of corresponding!!
