I bought 3 salwar kameez which in the description said patiala for the bottom style and I ordered them only because it said patiala. Once I submitted the measurements, their designer called to confirm the measurements and stated that for the pants she will put some matching material for the band and try to do as many pleets as possible to make it patiala. Now I have received my shipment and they are just regular salwar and the piece of paper they sent said semi patiala. As far as I know we did not agree on that. As far as I know there is nothing such as semi patiala and that makes a difference. I cant even wear them as they are not patiala design. My order number is M291722702. I am very disappointed that I paid for something which will go in the trash and ugly looking.

I received my order for saree, they were excellent quality. Material and blouse stitching were excellent. I will recommend the site to my friends and family. I am in Canada and it took a month to reach but it was a great wait. Customer service was excellent and very responsive to communicate. Thanks

I ordered from this fraud company in February my order was apparently shipped out March 12 but it is April 6 and I have not received my order I h it ave called numerous times and they tell me my order will be here tommorow well it’s been a month and it’s not here they are. a bunch of frauds DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, they have GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE they can’t even understand English properly GARBAGE COMPANY

From 16th March till 30th March, I’m waiting for refund of a poor quality lehenga but I seem to be led up the garden path. And there seems no customer redressal mechanism for unsuspecting customers like me, who don’t know whether their money is duped or not

Extremely cheap and rough material. Stitching is average. Not great. Buy Yufta brand either from Mirraw website or Yufta’s person website. They have great soft material and nice fit.

I filed a complaint with Federal Trade Commission. All those customers that have been swindled by Mirraw should file a complaint so that FTC an investigate bad business practice of this seller. When I Ordered there was buy one get one free promotion. the charged me for the buy one but never sent me the "get one free' had to call multiple times. Customer service was rude and hung up on me. Also disputed charge with my CC company. I wish I had seen other reviews on this site, I would not have ordered through them. bait and switch false advertising. this is fraud.
