Please don't purchase. Package never arrive. Last month I have ordered some items, nearly more than a month over, they have not send the package. I have send several emails. There is no response from them and they are not refunding the amount. Their service is very poor. Please be aware.

Really pathetic service. BUYERS , PLEASE DON'T GO WITH THEIR FLASHY WEBSITE AND DISCOUNTS. I have a victim of being cheated and now they are not at all responding to my queries. Very bad customer service i order some jewelry item and home decor item from canada in September 2021 till date I didn’t receive my order so i email so many time to them cancel my order and give me refund but nobody seems care about customer email . Even though I make 100 call to customer service but every time I got different answer and most of time customer care no for Canada customer is not working. Basically they are doing some fraud with international customer took money snd didn’t provide item or refund 😡😡😡😡 very very bad customer service and totally fraud website

I wrote a review about a defect banarasi saree on Sunday 28/11/21. On Monday a representative from Mirraw phoned me to confirm that she is refunding 50% of cost price saree for £28.89. Today I received an email from paypal that I am receiving a refund of £6.94 instead of £14.44 as promised. I have sent photo evidence of saree torn on border at two places. This is the worse transaction I have ever witnessed online. All the stress that you are inflicting towards is more than enough now to ask for compensation. Let alone the 50% refund. This is very poor customer service.
