This is a pathetic & fraud website. I bought a bracelet costing around 500/ & received an inferior quality bracelet that is so small that it doesn't even go round my wrist. Whenever I try to return it,the website logs me out.....THERE IS NO WAY TO RETURN THEIR ITEMS !!!!!!!!!

The previous order I received I had no complaints and the items which I ordered were lovely. However after I put an order through the second time, more than the amount I purchased for was taken off my bank account and when I queried it no one contacted me back. Furthermore customs nailed me with an amount more than my entire order. I will not recommend anyone to purchase from Mirraw nor will I order again.

I ordered 2 items 3489065+3628256 and I am happy with the outfits as well as the service. It was delivered timorously to South Africa. The material and specifications was exactly what was advertised and what i ordered. Overall a happy client.

I ordered two pairs of toe rings from this site seeing it's add on Facebook. To my utter dismay, I got empty box in the courier packet. I have written to the customer care but not received any revert yet. Seems like my money and product both r gone.

I have ordered a pair of earings 3 days ago, pearls with maroon stone and paid the amount too..I have not received any confirmation from you nor tracking information.. please could you do the needful as this was a gift to my daughter...waiting in anticipation..

The sarees came shorter than normal. My poor mum cannot even wear it properly as the pallu is so short. I spent over 11000 rupees on my purchase and I am very disappointed. I have asked Mirraw for updates for 2 weeks and no response. I am going to put this issue up on forums to see if that would at least make them move.

Ordered four item for the first time these included the Antique Silver Black Stone Necklace Set, Fashion Traditional Oxidized Silver Plated Arabian Style Choker Necklace With Earrings For Women & Girls, Gold pearl necklace-sets and Gold pearl bangles-and-bracelets. I loved the items!!! Looks exactly the same as advertised and would recommend them to my friends and family :) Thank you!

“BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES" I ordered stuff from them. Got item with tag of required size but measurements of size 2 size smaller. Firstly it is really hard to speak to or get in touch of real person. Everywhere it is onlu auto replies. It had been a struggle to get in touch with real person. Finally sent email and their officer someone named Prateek asked for photos and agreed that fault is theirs and offered me only 30% refund. Lowest standards of ethics in business. Why should customer bear the loss of 70% when mistake is theirs? I could never imagine that such a big reputed name company rip off people like this. When I did not accept the offer they never came back to me. These people are ripping off people in the name of online shopping. * Please guys I am warning you all DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE IF YOU STILL WANT TO TASTE IT YOURSELF PLEASE BUY SOMETHING OF LESS PRICE FIRST. I am definitely circulating the word in community around me.

Very bad experience. They delivered products late and products are not price worthy. I tried to contact customer service regarding refund for items I returned and no reply and not refunding my money back even though they received item back.
