I wrote a review about a defect banarasi saree on Sunday 28/11/21. On Monday a representative from Mirraw phoned me to confirm that she is refunding 50% of cost price saree for £28.89. Today I received an email from paypal that I am receiving a refund of £6.94 instead of £14.44 as promised. I have sent photo evidence of saree torn on border at two places. This is the worse transaction I have ever witnessed online. All the stress that you are inflicting towards is more than enough now to ask for compensation. Let alone the 50% refund. This is very poor customer service.

if i could i’d give 0 stars. complete scam!!! just takes your money, says order went back to warehouse, and makes it impossible for a refund. i haven’t received my product and they still have not refunded me after requested several times. i want my money back.

Friends, dont buy in mirraw. They do not refund you if ask for it. I got my refund after a long fight. I called customer care constantly but still i think that didnt wirk out. Finally, we raised a credit card dispute complaint. I think that might have worked. Got my money back within 48 hrs after i raised the dispute complaint. Hope my information helps you all.

Hate that I can't give 0 stars. Worst shopping experience of my life, I am shocked to receive such substandard customer service that is extremely UNCOORDINATED, TARDY and INCOMPREHENSIVE. Late delivery, unable to even track my order properly. Was told that one of my products "failed quality check but the replacement piece did not even arrive with my other products????? Prices are way too high for such POOR and SHABBY quality of products. Prices keep changing, obviously meant to scam customers. Pictures and sizes are deceiving and confusing. Even the website and app are hard to work with, the interface is so confusing. Will never buy here again, will NEVER reccomend to anyone.

This is one of the worse shopping experience . They send me the smaller size which is not fitting at all and I contact the customer service and they mentioned that they can not do anything. it was my first time I purchased the cloths from Mirraw and I decided not to purchase anything in future from Mirraw.

I have ordered my clothing and not received it after a month. I am still struggling to find out where my parcel is. I have a wedding this weekend and don't know what to do. This is the second time I have had a problem with Mirraw and the types of couriers they use. I am very reluctant to order from Mirraw again. Extremely disappointed

Worst customer service, unreliable and frauds. I received all the wrong sized and met all the requirements for a return, even paid for international shipping with tracking. Mirraw received the items weeks ago but they are not issuing the refund and just ignoring my emails. I do not recommend.
