This was my first and last time to order with Mirraw. Won’t recommend anyone to order through Mirraw. Ordered 4 sarees in September, just so I receive the sarees during Navratri. Delivery was promised for the 9th Oct, which was obviously not met. Received the sarees on 2nd Nov, and this was only after a few phone calls and e-mails, to then find out one of the products was cancelled and I was not even advised. No one has a clue of what’s going on. They don’t care. Worst customer service. The App also is the worst one I have seen. Please don’t fall for especially the material type they advertise on their website. I ordered “Banarasi Silk” saree, to receive something that is semi silk. Do these people even know what “Banarasi Silk is and how it feels and looks like?? One of the saree’s I received has ink mark on it. The sarees were all crumbled. Very poor quality. Very disappointed.

Services are very bad. Deserves negative marking. Not even a single star . Customer care is horrible. No place where we can lodge complaints in written. One of my orders shows as completed but it has not been delivered yet. Another order is damaged and the company does not take responsibility for collecting the damaged product. I will never recommend this site to anyone. Delivery partner is also very irresponsible.

Is there anything like a no-star review? This site deserves no reviews. Worst experience. I have ordered some home decoration pieces vide order No M434981552 dated 23 Sep 2021 and paid Rs6393/-. I have not received goods worth Rs5145/- till date. And there is no response. Shadowfax is the courier partner. Who is the culprit? Mirraw or Shadowfax? I ordered a saree for Diwali costing close to $100.. Quality of the product is so cheap that I cannot wear. I called them but no one is taking the call. Its totally a waste of time and money ordering from Mirraw

Lousy Customer Service. My wife runs a Indian Dance Club at the school she teaches at and orders Indian Costumes for children in bulk. So far she has only received a partial order. For the rest of the order, each time she has ordered, their customer service reps keep telling her that the product is out of stock. She has a performance coming up for her club and it is extremely ridiculous that a company can keep cheating their customers in this manner. It makes me wonder how a company like this can do business in the United States and get away with such atrocious customer service.

PUTRID quality!!! Infact, incorrect advertising and incorrect stitching. hey say you have free returns on non custom orders and they still have yet to send me info on return details and are offering 30% on their lack of stitching properly. I sent proof of pictures that the stitching is wrong and they acknowledge their mistake but still no effort to accept return and return my money back. BEWARE and DO NOT BUY. Go to Etsy and you will find better quality stuff with the pictures matching what is sent to you.

Ordered two parcels of sarees and already paid 200€ and now it is more than 3 weeks and i didnt get anything. Order no. M205938188 and M710363571. I also wrote an email but no reply until now. I am so pissed off this bad customer care and this online shop is the worst ever. I have ordered some some sarees for my Wedding but i dont think that they will arrive in time. Dont buy here here

Horrible service. I ordered on Oct 2nd and still haven't received the order. The Expected delivery date was Oct 16th. I have contacted customer care and each time I contact them they say it is going through a quality check. I don't understand how long it would take for a quality check. Later 3 days back they said it is packed and is ready for shipping. But till now there is no update on the status. They are not responding to emails as well. Is this a fake site?

I ordered a saree for a special occasion which I received 6 days before the day I supposed to wear. But quality is just so cheap I filed complaint right away and no one is replying . If you call India office the claim they can’t see the detail. Usa team says it will take time to get response. Mirraw online policy is clearly showing to return or replacement in 7 days. People already took 5 days and no response. What is the use to order or policy of no one is taking any action. I wasted my time my money for the occasion I ordered. I will give extremely poor service.
