I ORDERED 5 ITEMS INITIALLY, UNFORTUNATELY AFTER DONE PAYMENT CART HAS 4 ITEMS ONLY. TRYING TO CONTACTING MIRRAW IN ALL POSSIBLE WAY, BUT DIN GET ANY RESPOND

I am looking for a zero to give. Such unprofessional service. The customer care representatives focus more on getting you fill in the feedback rating they need to receive rather than addressing your need. I ordered a product - custom stitching and they did not stitch to the correct measurements. After multiple emails with pictures of the product with measurements, they said that they will give me $ 4. I ordered for $103. Such a bad customer service. Their products are of low quality and they charge high. Amazon has the same product for less price. SO POOR SERVICE. THEY WILL NOT RETURN OR COMPENSATE. Don't be fooled!

Unprofessional Service Service that is unprofessional I ordered a dress on September 16, 2021, and it was supposed to arrive on September 25, 2021, within Mumbai. I asked them if they could deliver by the 27th of September because I have a family wedding on the 6th of October. They said yes and said, "Don't worry, we'll deliver on time." Worse, they delivered on October 6th, which meant I had to buy a new dress because I couldn't wear it to the wedding. They promised someone from the Mirraw team would call you for a refund, but I haven't heard anything. Service was dreadful. No one wants to be held responsible if an order is delayed or if a refund is required. So keep the backup.

Worst site I ever used received product was not as expected quality and colour was worst and when I was trying to get the money back in my account it was throughing error and when I select in mirraw wallet it came … y it’s like this worst site not recommended to anyone

I ordered kids clothing on 16th sep and I received the product today as mentioned in the product’s expected delivery date. We are also happy about the quality of the material. Worth buying!!! Thank you Mirraw team .

They have no ethics. They did not send one of my items and are asking me to check the package properly, as if they don’t even believe me. Not impressed at all. For the rest of the products sizes are all wrong

Stay away from this company if you are buying a Farasha. The pink dress had DIFFERENT sleeves than in the photo. The trim on sleeves is so tacky making the dress unwearable in public. The teal stones on the purple dress are really trashy and not like the photo. STAY AWAY FROM SCAMMERS. Workmanship is poor.

I brought a Saree that was on sale. The original price was over $416 and I got it for $137+ 10 for stitching. This Saree looks so cheap and not worth paying even $40. I felt ripped. On the top of that I had to wait way too long to get my order delivered. I brought this item for my special occasion and it supposed to be delivered a week before my special day but delivered a week later instead. No apologies, no updates. Not recommended at all. It’s a complete disaster.
