The skirt is 3 inches longer than the given length Given length 40 Inches and made in 42 for all of them as a result I can’t wear them I have past the customer survive to refund or help with alteration they asked me pictures with measuring tape and then asked for video even though I provided them they keep asking me more pictures, What a stupid
I really loved the item, stiching is good too. The item was supposed to come on 9th but it got delivered on10th mid morning. The picture shows a big ghera of the skirt but it's more of A line skirt. Besides these two things, item is good. Happy to shop again
The top has a black mark. It is right in the front. I am not happy about it. Hope I receive some refund or a coupon as compensation so that I can use for my next purchase.
Terrible customer service. They will answer the phone then talk to you like you are child. Very poor quality materials. Misleading with enhanced pictures. Return policy is poor. Delivery was late. The charged my rewards towards the purchase but when the item was returned, they did not reinstate my rewards stating their policy did not allow it. However, I sent them a copy of their own policy showing that they will reinstate the reward once the item is returned and they kept stating that it is not their policy. Overall, poor quality, bad customer service and late delivery. They sound like broken records when asking for reimbursement. Now I know why they don't have customer reviews on their webpage because they may not sell any product if the customer sees their reviews.
Hi I am sadly very unimpressed with my recent experience... I placed an order on the 4th November & to date , 14 dec have not received my order. I have been back & forth in emails with mirraw for the past 3 weeks & still have joy locating my parcel nor any feedback on a refund. I would hope that this review will now get mirraw to assist me in finally resolving my dilemma.
Ordered a lehenga for a wedding. I gave them my measurements and when I received the item, It was too small. I contacted them right away and told them what happened. They told me to send them pictures of the measurements of the outfit that I received. So I sent that, and you can see clearly that the measurements are not the same as what I sent them. They keep insisting that the measurements are correct. We keep going back and forth and it's been a month now that this hasn't been resolved. For the past couple of weeks i've been trying to contact them and they have not replied to any of my emails. I wouldn't give my business to them ever again. Take your business else. They are money hungry thieves!!! I'm just so frustrated and angry with them.
Not happy with my purchase. Was referred to Mirraw after my friend suggested me. I ordered a custom stitched lehnga. It was made shorter than requested and despite of my several emails, I received no solution for the ill fitting dress. Wasted my money on online purchase!!!! The biggest concern was the poor customer service, my emails were never responded to, there is no phone number for International customers. I would certainly not recommend Mirraw. Dont let their pricing lure you to make an online purchase.
It is the third time,I ordered from Mirraw.The lasted order is so satisfied.As the person who fascinated in India's cultured and clothes but have no yet opportunity to visit India.I never disappointed to order the outfits here.
Horrible site and service. I order a legenga for wife 1 month before Diwali. The stitching designer requested few responses on blouse which were immediately provided. Still designer did not take any action and waited for 2 weeks without stitching . After number of follow-ups the stiching was completed and lehenga was delivered literally 1 day before Diwali and we realized that the blouse was literally stitched 2 inch short. Sent them all the proof. The designer suggestion was to get the blouse length increased by 2 inch by local tailor. What kind is suggestion is this? Since then following for refund from Mirraw and it’s more than 3 weeks no response. Their customer service sucks. The only response I get is it’s been escalated to the next team and they will get back shortly.
Purchased 3 items for my wife (Sarees and suit). Paid premium price, super expensive, however, products delivered were different to colours and quality shown/described in the website. Delayed the delivery by nearly 3-4 weeks with hardly any updates. We kept following up through chats where they respond after many hours, also chat window auto closes so you cant really see their responses. They claim that they have presence in Australia and overseas countries, but returns need to be must be made to India address only, that too at your own expense (which was costing me nearly $70). I requested if I can deliver in person when I am travelling to India next month, but they came up with some wierd condition that I have to return within 7 days which is obviously impossible. In summary, return from overseas is not worth it or impossible.. Buy at your own risk, not worth your time and money.
I have been a Mirraw advocate for many years. However my most recent order was not as smooth as before. I had delays in delivery of at least 2weeks. Then the stitching had been done inaccurately and in a rush perhaps. I'm sharing this ad a concern, hoping for this to be a one off scenario
