We placed an order for the yellow lehnga choli. We received the order but the choli is not at all the same. And when we reached out to them regarding the same they said they cannot provide the same thing as it’s the computer generated. I would like to ask them if you cannot provide what you are showing online then why do have such pictures online. It’s a total deceit. Do not waste your time and money on buying the products from this site and they don’t even stand behind it.

We ordered 6 orders - 3 in custom stitching and 3 in kurtis size. Send Them measurements in Inch AND cm and still the custom stitchings are all wrong. One is to tight at breast, one is to Big everywhere and the last one is to loose at waist and to right at arms. And also not possible to return? Surprise. Thank good we didnt buy the ones in my basket yet.

Product number 3451069 material is a bit rough and different from the picture. The border makes the saree look a bit dull. But the other saree was ikkat and that was good . Blouse was good fit as well.

My order number: M415572626 Material got delivered on time but the quality was absolutely pathetic, product material & stitching is of very poor quality. Disgusting customer service. I did not request for a refund but, I wanted them to ship a quality product and I was ready to pay the shipping cost again but, in vain. I would not recommend Mirraw to buy products.

A fraud company, Order placed but no status. Called their customer care but no response. Customer care number is of USA called many times. It charged more than the order was placed. It's a scam.

Disgusting customer service. Canceled an order from 7 weeks ago and have been told many times that I would get a refund and I NEVER did. Ordered a dress from here and it was NOTHING like the picture- cheap, scratchy material and they got all my measurements wrong. Horrible, ugly clothing and even more horrible staff and customer service. Save your money and buy from elsewhere. 0/10.

Ordered a sharara set and a palazzo set. Both sets are beautifully made and fits me perfectly. Delivery was very quick, in fact it was one day earlier than expected. Will order again. Thank you very much

Me and my daughter she lot of stuff bought. She give size 34 for 4 blouse size. But they send 2 is right size other 2 not fitted. She send the pic and email 3 times. But they didn’t give response. Stuff is good but Custmer service not good.

I return saree he I pay money cash on delivery and he paid my money in my mirraw wallet so I buy a saree cut rupees in my wallet but he cancelled my saree order
