Hello, CHEAT Mirraw team, You guys are cheating the people with the name of shopping. I have placed an order for my kid. It's lehenga choli. It cost 1620/- I received a request to pay online. I paid through Gpay after the transaction. I didn't even get any message or any track id regarding order. So return my money back or send my money back or else it's gonna be very serious issue Who is your founder i need to talk that bleedy is this fine for you people all bull shit stuff you people are doing i'll not take it easy. After I ordered boys pyjama and kurta 1 set today I visit mirraw site Iit is seen that that product'S price is decreased by Rs.310/-. Earlier they said price is Rs.1907/. So I request that please shipped the product by Rs.1607/. Otherwise my r lier order may be cancelled and allow to purchase a new one.

POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERIVCE FROM MIRRAW. They have not delivered the product and not refunded my Money against my Order M324389120. its almost 1.5 month order was not delivered and the fund was not refunded. They will cheat customer like any. Stay away from MIRRAW.

I have purchased 3 gorget sarees and found quality of product is very bad and prices are very high. Secondly they are not sent the same design as mentioned in the display. Iam totally disappointed . I therefore not recommend to purchase from the Mirraw online site. Waste of your money and time.

Very Very Bad customer service ! On the website it says 100% return but when I was not satisfied with adult lehenga they are not ready to take it back! Color and size of Lehenga is so off that I have to spend another 50 dollars to fix it. Orders didn't come on time as well. Moreover when I was talking on the phone they hung up on me.

I had ordered a bedsheet & received in time. But the material is totally different and inferior in quality. It was my first order & may be the last. As customer i want to say better you take more money but never cheat. Regards.

Ordered on 20th April and delivered on 15th and had follow up as many as 15 calls and 11 mails. Even after delivery for my confirmation no reply, something wrong with your customer service and mails. Though got a good stuff, service was terrible

As an international customer from South Africa, I am extremely disappointed in the customer care i have been receiving. My order was not fulfilled due to errors on Mirraw side and i was still being refused a refund. Eventually they agreed to refund me to my bank account but I have been waiting 6 months to receive my refund and still have not received a refund. Customer care does not provide feedback on the process, and is probably hoping I will give up contacting them for my refund, but I will not and I will be reporting this customer service as fraudulent actions.
