Stunning material and embroidery work in the fabric. However, I will need to make minor alterations on the Kurta and shorten the length of the bottom pant . This will cost me more $$ in New Zealand where I live .

Very poor quality. Very bad stitching. They dont follow your instructions. Very many inconsistencies between the picture on the website and what you receive. Save yourself the hassle and dont bother buying here. The customer service is good, but the issue is not resolved. They dont pay for your return shipping. I am doubtful if the positive reviews here are just fake ones.
i Am extremely disappointed with the service , i made an order weeks back , they kept me waiting, the process was pending, then after inquiring following the delay, i discovered the product was out of stock. the process to gain back the credit was a bit of a headache but i decided to give them a chance and made another order using the credit, its been ten days and the order has not been processes, i mailed but i only got an e-mail saying it was going through quality check, however i still have no news of my item. I have an event to attend on the 12th April. made the orders way back to ensure i had my dress . i feel very disappointed as a customer who has been buying products from this site
NEVER AGAIN! Ordered a month ago for my wedding to have clothes to wear for my wedding, and: 1. No available, 2. Not shipped, 3. Didn't pass the quality test, 4. No ready and still pending. I ordered for 3 families, spent 900 USD and it is still pending ! Don't order. PS: Customer service is responsive (somehow) but totally useless!
Worst product and customer service ever . The kamiz I bought was defective, completely unusable . When I sent the pictures of the defective product, they asked me to use local tailor to fix this and offered me 10% refund. Any other customer service would give a full refund of that product . Anyway, I live in USA and don’t have “local tailor “ . And I’m not gonna spend more money on this . So I accepted that my 100+ dollar is just gone . Delivery was very late and painful ( be a at some point it was lost and returned back to warehouse and shipped again ) Also , I ordered 4 items and received only 2. I ordered from mirraw before and the service and quality was fine . So I’m guessing they couldn’t keep their quality same as before.
ABSOLUTELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES.. I RETURNED MY PRODUCT ON 09TH FEBRUARY,2021 AND TILL DATE I AM WAITING FOR MY REFUND BACK.. EVERYTIME I RECEIVE A MAIL THAT IT WILL BE DONE SHORTLY BUT THEIR SHORTLY NEVER COMES .. DEAR FRIENDS, PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR PURCHASES ON THIS SITE AS I DOUBT THEIR INTENTIONS NOW TO RETURN THE MONEY . I HAVE BEEN FOLLWOING SINCE THEN AND EXCEPT ASSURANCES I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING TILL DATE.. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE!!!
Veeeeeeeeeery Poor service... i have returned item on 8th Feb and still waiting (12th mar) for the return. .. Called customer care at least 6-7 times, every time representative say he/she will resolve the issue within 48 hours (Max) ..but nothing happened ... It's very risky to buy product from Mirraw...
