Ordered two items and had to replace one item with other in 24 hrs after placing order, though customer care responded saying ticket is resolved by exchanging with new item , they sent original product saying stitching was done already which is very unreasonable and irresponsible. Also product arrived with defect ( big black mark) and material is very cheap looking. When I asked them to process return, they say return shipping is very expensive which is their responsibility as they sent with defect. Very poor customer care and not keeping up loyalty

I ordered a jewelry set and a pair of jhumka in December for a wedding. Well!! I received my shipment in February! I requested to cancel my order since it was too late. Mirraw team told me that they’re going to refund and it’s pending approval. This stayed like that for 4 weeks and after 4 weeks instead of refunding my money. They shipped the item. Now i want to return it but they won’t give me the return label for that. I’ll have to pay out of pocket!! Worst customer service.. I don’t need apology. I needed my money back and a return label so I can send the items back ..

I purchased three sets of necklaces...two of them are good.( M490649325)..the costly one (M320608284) is below standard ...low quality metal used....very much disappointed....waste of money...cheated😠

This site is full of fraud people, what they show in pictures and what you recieve is totally two different things and by chance if you return a product you will never get your refund , please never buy anything from here, the customer care people will definitely pick the call, they only speak Hindi and they tell you to stay calm but for me it been more than 3 months i still haven't got my money back,different people will email you like Nikita Patel,Mehrin Patni,Pratiba Pawar,Manoj Mahanty i guess all these are fake id's and its just one person who is just behind all these scam, kindly donot buy any products from this site, you will skip a major headache in your life!!!

Sir,iam ordered blue jewelset.That order I'd is M836705822.,then at a time wrongly ordered same jewel in order ID M252929134.so,1st iam cancelled that 2nd ordered.ok.After,1st ordered jewel delivered to EKART seller Ramesh,iam received the parcel,iam couldnot see the id no in cover.iam think my order product is come.ok.get it.After some time another 2nd EKART seller come,name Alexpandia name iam asked and toldme.iam recorded 2 Ekart sellers name and phone no in my diary.ok.2nd product iam not received.Then that Ekart deller connect and aonduct to you,and he told through your phone give voice mail.iam speaking that is recorded his phone.ekart 1st and 2nd sellers toldme donot worry.Now,informed by phone to mirraw agent.iam buy the wrong ordered product no and details you send message in my.phone.After,tomorrow iam see that jewel is very very small,and conduct toyou by my phone.,then retured it.one.ekart seller come and received that jewelitem.So,iam cancelled.then you send sms in my phone your returned item received,because that is cod,so,you sent your bank details and account no,ifscno,iam all are sent through my husband's emailid vp@theekathir..org.Then iam try to conduct to my phone,you didnot taken phone,sometimes you received my phone call not answering clearly.iam many times trying to my phone.But no reply.your sms and Ekart sellers voicemail,and ekart.seller2 are ready to told this matter anywhere.so,my husband is very very angry and he is told allevidence are recorded in my phone and Ekart sellers support.they are ready to come and told all inconsumer court.My.brother is.DSP in mdurai and my son is a MABL lawyer in Madurai court,and my husband is a newspaper editor and reporter.so,now myside all are decided ,you did not give my refund.ready to file FIR in your company.ok.so,when will you give refund,dt.details send my phone.Amazon and flipkart are very very best company,they are kindly approached and tomorrow delivered dt,but today iam cancelled,theysuddnly 3 or 4 days credited amount in my account.you are cheated people's.you cheat customers.god see all and defenitely punish you and all.your.company.go under ground very.quickly.ok.replynow.

Beware of Mirraw. I received a dress and it was defective to the point that I cannot wear it. Look at the pictures. The 3rd picture is supposed to be the pants which is more likely to fit an arm. I immediately informed Mirraw and sent them the pictures of the terrible sewing they did. All I got from them was offering 20% back of the $77 I spend on the dress that’s garbage. And I was told by them to take it to a tailor to have it fixed and of course for me to pay the tailor. They didn’t own up to their mistake. Never again am I buying from them. Order # M091113329

Very pathetic experience with Mirraw .I ordered two items consists 4 neclace sets,which is costing of RS.1312/ I got the delivery by paying the full amount RS.1312/ but when I opened the packet it consist only one item rest three items are missing .I am constantly calling the customer care but every times they are taking times i.e 24hrs to 72 hrs.i called up them approx 10 times as of now but my problem is not resolved yet.very worse app.I am going for consumer complain against Mirraw as I have no other option. Logo ko aise lutna nehi chahiye..bakwas app

Very poor service. I wanted to track the items I ordered at mirraw,it showed "product will deliver shortly"the status never get updated. And return is even more worse.. they scheduled for pickup and cancelled it the next day with no reason given. I requested for return 3 times, it got cancelled from the courier service side again and again. I called them and mailed them several times , it took almost 10 days for me to get my money back.
